    Great views, great restaurant layout with tiering, our server was awesome and food choices and quality were also grest

    Food was reasonably tasty (too much salt) but could not enjoy it having to wait terribly long for it. Service was shoddy to say the least. Server had to be prompted top up water & serve us bread. Although they were very busy, there is no excuse for the extended wait times for service & food. A limited version of the regular menu was created for Mother's Day - it was fixed price 3 course menu, so one expects better service. We waited 40 minutes for our bill & Desert after our main course was finished. We left without having desert. Spent 2.5 hrs to have 2 courses. To their credit the bill was significantly reduced due to the poor service.

    We went on Mothers Day and David our server was excellent as usual even though the restaurant was full. Our food and drinks were delicious. We asked for a window seat and got out request. Thanks David for always providing great service, we were very glad to be seated in your section.

    It was terrible. Food was overpriced and didn’t taste good. We waited over an hour for our main course and the menu options were lacking

    We were here on Mother’s Day and I will never do that again. Our reservation was for 12:15. We arrived on time and we’re seated. Our waitress was very good and nice. We placed our order and did not receive our food until 1:30. We did inquire about how long it was taking and were told the kitchen was very busy which we understood. At one point we were told it would arrive in 10 min. When our waitress came by about 15 min later she was surprised we had not received our food. She apologized and went to find out what had happened. Eventually it came, but was luke warm. Those who ordered the different eggs Benedicts were given side bacon instead of back bacon which it said on the menu. We were comped 2 desserts and 2 Bellinis which we never asked for and did not really need. For the price we paid, the food was ok. When we’ve been for dinner, the meals were much better. Very disappointing.

    We took my MIL there for Mother’s Day dinner and we didn’t get our food for over an hour. Our server Helen was wonderful and she was very apologetic. What was disappointing was the Manager never even came to apologize for our food not arriving on time or even acknowledged that the kitchen screwed up our order. The worst part of it all was when the food finally arrived it was cold. Overall it was a terrible experience and chances of us going back is slim. Boathouse used to be a restaurant we enjoyed and the food was always great. This time it was the opposite unfortunately. 🙁

    When we arrived at 11 we were told we could not sit on the patio because it did not open until 12. The restaurant inside was freezing cold when it wasn’t that hot out. It was about to turn 12 so we asked to be moved to the patio since our food had not been served yet. Our server told us its their policy that they could not move us once seated. Policy is not the law so I asked them to reconsider since we were freezing to death. She told me the patio was full. That was impossible since the host told me it opens at 12. The waitress told me she would check with the manager and that the patio actually opened at 11 and is already full. They finally agreed to move us to the patio at which point we saw the patio was empty. The blatant lying shows we were discriminated against, if you visit this restaurant don’t expect to be treated fairly.

    Our server was Keith and he was phenomenal. The food was not executed great but he caught it before it even made its way to the table and corrected it. Was the best service we’ve had in awhile.
