We offer an unprecedented selection of amazing meats and vegetables, served from a menu that allows you to customize your plate exactly how you want it. Blue Collar is the perfect neighborhood comfort food spot in the Mimo area. A large bowl of lentil soup could not have been a more perfect way to start on a rainy Miami night. Coupled with that incredible cornbread, we could have been fully satisfied. However we did not stop and ordered the braised pork shoulder and the chicken parmesan for our entree's. Both selections were perfectly suited to the weather and our appetites. Feeling all warm and fuzzy after that meal replaced the ability to even think about a sweet after dinner treat, but will definitely leave room on our next visit. Speaking of room, the current dining space is a bit tight and the exhaust system could be improved as there seemed to be an overabundance of smokiness in the air. Lucky for us, our understanding is that within the next few weeks, Blue Collar is moving their West of Biscayne Blvd location to directly across the street to the East side. The new location will be much larger and will most likely have an enhanced exhaust system, thus resolving the only issues currently faced by diners. Cannot wait to enjoy the Blue Collar cuisine in the new digs as we definitely will return again.

The food here is some of the best in Miami and they have kept the quality of the food and the service consistently excellent for several years. One of my absolute favorites!

Outstanding comfort food, large portions, great service. Get the braised meat - you cannot go wrong. The flavors are unmatched. This is a great place to visit with a date or a Family.

Service was excellent! We were celebrating a birthday in our party and the server must have heard us talking about it and surprised us with an awesome piece of chocolate cake with a candle. Very nice ending to a wonderful meal. Thank you.

I have eaten for years here and I have never had the burger !! Last night I took advantage of May’s buy one get one free burger and fries deal !! Yummy !! The bun , the cheese, the medium well patty just delicious !! Had yummy bok choy as substitute for fries with one of the burgers !! Thank you guys !!
