So IKEA may have put Scandi meatballs firmly on the culinary map but our Smorgasbord of traditional Swedish delights also includes Pickled cucumber salad, Pittipanka sausage hash with a comforting tray of Jansson’s Temptation potatoes finished off with Kladdkaka - Sticky chocolate oat cake - all with the guidance of our resident chef who is himself half Swedish! Event not suitable for vegetarian, vegan or gluten free.

Before the advent of cheap flights and package holidays, the most we knew about Greece was its ancient origins, empire and gods. However, after a few decades of Greek tavernas and sunshine, we’ve all grown to love Baklava, Tzatziki and Kleftiko. Not sure about retsina? We’ll have a good go at making the rest!

Italy produces and consumes almost more wine than any other country in the world which is no surprise – wouldn’t you? It also boasts well over 2,000 different wine varietals - more choice than you can shake a grissini bread stick at! As much as we can’t promise you that many wines, we will take you on a journey of discovery and olfactory overload through some of Italy’s famous, historic & fascinating wine-producing areas. Saluti!
