Wow! The food was unexpected! I hadn’t been to Black Angus in a long time and I was pleasantly surprised! The steaks were cooked perfectly, and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Our waiter was very rude and dismissive, he would practically run away from the table every time we tried to request something. The food was over cooked and under seasoned and definitely not worth the price. Granted, I know I went on Mother’s Day so I know to be patient with the staff due to the holiday, but it was not very busy inside and they were not attentive at all. A separate waiter rolled his eyes when we asked for silverware because our main waiter was MIA. The air conditioning was not working so we were all sweating and couldn’t even get our waters refilled while we waited for our food. The waiter also made many side comments about what we ordered and questioned my grandmother when she ordered the prime rib, assuming we could not afford it. I am very disappointed in this meal and restaurant.

I totally enjoyed my filet mignon and lobster tails. Temperature was perfect and cooked the way I asked. Service was awesome, quick and friendly.

Our waitress Holly made our Mother's Day celebration anything but a celebration. Her service, or lack thereof, made this the worst dining experience ever for my family.

Terrible experience. I took my mom and my wife to celebrate Mother’s Day. The hostess was in a bad mood, didn’t even greet us when we came in. The place was very hot and it did not change for the close to 3 hours we were there. Our waiter was rushing for everything, he took a long time to greet us and ask for our drinks. Our drinks took about 20 minutes to come in making the heat in the place worst. After that he just kept bringing us bread and asking us if we wanted more drinks as he rushed by us instead of asking us for our order. Finally when he took our order he kept adding on stuff without telling us some items were being double ordered. He mumbled most of the time and was very hard to understand what he was saying as he was also rushing. After a very long wait our food started to trickle in. With some plates coming before others instead of the whole order. The steak was burn outside and not cooked the way we wanted it in the middle. We were originally going to ask for desert but after such bad tasting food we just wanted to get out of there. When I checked the bill, I noticed the double orders of sides. I asked the waiter about it and he told me he was going “by the book” after we explained that we didn’t know what we were ordering he agreed to remove them from the bill. My mom was very disappointed and my wife doesn’t want us to go there anymore. I agree we are not going there again. It was a very bad experience all around.

the food has been better in the past. Not the last 2-3 time I've been. Just not a good steak. Overcooked with way too much pepper. The value isn't here.

It was nice to try a Brunch Experience. I have gone to several of the diners. The Blood Mary that was severed was awesome with all the garnishes that make a great Blood Mary. Had friends with me that have never had a Blood Mary until Saturday. The will start ordering them -as a go to drink. Was thinking maybe next brunch might have something a little different. Having steak that early in the morning left us feeling over full. Opening dish was great and the desert was great.

Loved Black Angus ever since I was a kid so I might be bias, but the food is Amazing; all the way from their bread, to their appetizers, to their main food and their desserts! 10000000000/10 on their food and the service has always been great. Their strawberry lemonade is very good as well!

The waiter was GREAT. My NY strip was 25% fat that was not rendered down enough to eat. My steak was cooked perfect medium rare. Just hate paying 30 bucks for a meal and so much fat on the meat.

We had such a great experience. Our server was so nice and brought my mom a cookie cake for desert and even helped us sing to her for her birthday. It was really quiet and not busy. It was perfect for us. We went at 5:30 AND we used groupons for 3 of us so our meal came out to basically a price of one! Great deal! I wish I was better at remembering names, but he was so so kind and always made sure we were set and never without a drink! Thank you!

Something must have been going on in the kitchen. WAY too long waiting for food. They also really need to cook the steaks better, it is a steakhouse. They should know the difference between well & rare! Ended up sending back food.

Nothing that I expected, which was disappointing I requested the party package for extra $10 because of my birthday and i got 3 balloons with a card, didn’t seem festive as I thought it would be, the server was polite and kind, the food was taking forever to be served and the meat was burnt and one of the steaks were not cooked as requested… so much money paid and disappointed over all.

Good was not cooked as requested, meat over cooked and with no flavor whatsoever. The sides were better than the main plate. You can tell they prepare the food and it just sit there on a hot plate for a long time. Ready unfortunate, it use to be way better.

the service was amazing! my server was outstanding and so was my anniversary there! they outdid themselves at making us feel special! only thing i didn’t like was how outdated it was, with the style, silverware, plates, etc but overall it was a good experience with the service.

Great dinner and experience at Black Angus in Ontario! Lisa was our server and she provided excellent customer service. She made our entire experience here (first time for 2 of us) incredible and we will definitely return. We had a party of 3 people and ordered the prime rib, filet mignon, and double chicken breasts. Our meals were perfect, especially the steaks. It is hard to find steak places that can actually cook a steak to perfection without destroying it. Lisa was very helpful in ensuring our dinners were prepared perfectly. She was very friendly and helpful, even with the restaurant being packed on a Saturday night, which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend.

What a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner. We were seated promptly, tended to throughout the meal, our server was delightful, and the steak and lobster were cooked to perfection! Can you ask for more than that? I think not! Oh yeah, and Wednesdays offer 1/2 priced wine, so a bottle of cab was in order. Delicious! We will definitely be back! Cheers, friends!
