Wow! The food was unexpected! I hadn’t been to Black Angus in a long time and I was pleasantly surprised! The steaks were cooked perfectly, and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Our waiter was very rude and dismissive, he would practically run away from the table every time we tried to request something. The food was over cooked and under seasoned and definitely not worth the price. Granted, I know I went on Mother’s Day so I know to be patient with the staff due to the holiday, but it was not very busy inside and they were not attentive at all. A separate waiter rolled his eyes when we asked for silverware because our main waiter was MIA. The air conditioning was not working so we were all sweating and couldn’t even get our waters refilled while we waited for our food. The waiter also made many side comments about what we ordered and questioned my grandmother when she ordered the prime rib, assuming we could not afford it. I am very disappointed in this meal and restaurant.

I totally enjoyed my filet mignon and lobster tails. Temperature was perfect and cooked the way I asked. Service was awesome, quick and friendly.

Our waitress Holly made our Mother's Day celebration anything but a celebration. Her service, or lack thereof, made this the worst dining experience ever for my family.

Terrible experience. I took my mom and my wife to celebrate Mother’s Day. The hostess was in a bad mood, didn’t even greet us when we came in. The place was very hot and it did not change for the close to 3 hours we were there. Our waiter was rushing for everything, he took a long time to greet us and ask for our drinks. Our drinks took about 20 minutes to come in making the heat in the place worst. After that he just kept bringing us bread and asking us if we wanted more drinks as he rushed by us instead of asking us for our order. Finally when he took our order he kept adding on stuff without telling us some items were being double ordered. He mumbled most of the time and was very hard to understand what he was saying as he was also rushing. After a very long wait our food started to trickle in. With some plates coming before others instead of the whole order. The steak was burn outside and not cooked the way we wanted it in the middle. We were originally going to ask for desert but after such bad tasting food we just wanted to get out of there. When I checked the bill, I noticed the double orders of sides. I asked the waiter about it and he told me he was going “by the book” after we explained that we didn’t know what we were ordering he agreed to remove them from the bill. My mom was very disappointed and my wife doesn’t want us to go there anymore. I agree we are not going there again. It was a very bad experience all around.
