Reservation was at 7 pm and didn't get food until 8:40 pm. My order was forgotten from the entire table on my mother's day celebration and I waited until about 9 pm for my food , twenty minutes after the rest of my party received their food. Safe to say I will not be going to black Angus for any of my future celebrations.

Had Mothers Day lunch here. Food was plentiful and delicious. Mom thoroughly enjoyed her family lunch. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive.

I believe her name was DJ, JD, I can’t recall but wonderful, extremely friendly and personable waitress. Black Angus is just one of those places I feel people sort of dismiss for whatever reason, but it really is a good restaurant with many options, Groupons, and has become our new lgot-to” family favorite.

Black Angus is a favorite because Steaks always come at the right temperature. Service was not good for this meal though. Appetizer, soup and salad all arrived at the same time. Drinks were never refilled with near empty glasses ignored.

It took a long time to get service, items were bring forgotten and they were not busy. A lot of the food was over cooked/ burnt.

The food is consistently good. Our server, CJ is just fantastic. I highly recommend asking to be seated in her serving area. She is very friendly and polite. If there are any problems she will work with you to make your dining experience pleasant.

The steak we ordered was way late, and when we received our order the steak was fatty and grizzly. I would not recommend going to this particular steak house again

We love black angus. We wish they would send someone around to take drink and appetizer orders We have to sit there and wait too long. Also need to yea h the cooks to not dry out the chicken Learn how to use lemon when cooking it.

Came here for bday dinner Did not receive the service I was hoping for and it was my Birthday :( Service as meh - If it was an ordinary outing i would say maybe a “6”rating other visits were “9” Please start creating a vibe/special something for your Birthday goers They come here for a reason- Will find somewhere where I can be celebrated and acknowledge - a BIG disappointment and it is unfortunate to say the least Would like a call from management.

The service was mostly good and the food was good but I do not like to have to wait for a long time to get the check. Had to wait at least 15 minutes after we were finished and the table cleaned off to get the check.

Had steak and lobster tails combo. Steak was cooked perfectly (ribeye and N.Y.) The lobster tails weren't that good. Cold, tough & rubbery. Tastes like they were reheated from Valentine's day dinner a few days ago. Service was spot-on by a very attentive server.

Much better experience than the last time we dined here. Our server did an excellent job of taking care of us, despite also doing the bar-tending and taking care of other tables. We appreciated her efforts. We had the Campfire special and it was very good.

The crew from our bartender Estephanie, to our servers, the managers and JR, it was an excellent Valentine's Day experience with my wife and our close friends! This has become our tradition last few years and we plan to keep it this way. Great food! Great drinks and a great crew at Black Angus!!

Great service. Jasmine was our server and she was super sweet and patient with 8 of us. Food was great, especially with a Groupon purchase. BA is a really great place to eat but doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. Definitely will return.

After being seated it took more than 10 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge us. We paid for a premium table to celebrate birthdays. We got a table in the corner facing the service area where a dirty shop vacuum was staring at us. Two guests get their food first. Then 5 minutes later the other two guest get their food. Too much random service appearing with little continuity and consistency. Seems our waitress was left without much support as she served so many tables. Definite Management issues here.

Both the food and the service were generally fine, with a couple of exceptions. Service was quite slow, which we surmised was due to a shortage of kitchen staff, because the restaurant wasn't particularly busy for a Friday night (especially since we were there early - 5:00 pm). And because the steaks are delivered to the table on heated plates, my wife's steak continued to cook well beyond its requested medium-rare level during the course of the meal. By the time she was half-way through the steak, the remaining portion had reach medium-well. It's hard to thoroughly enjoy your meal when it overcooks on the table in front of you.
