it was our anniversary husband steak was over cooked ,my grilled shrimp dinner was cold other then that everything else was good

I made reservations for a party of eight to celebrate my nephew’s bday. It wasn’t busy and the server was ok…? Got somewhat of an attitude from the start that wasn’t friendly. I have the blk angus app that didn’t seem to help! The waitress got 3 out of 8 orders incorrect and the food was slow to be served as well drink refills. I felt the service and food could have been more timely and overall better quality! But I guess that’s why restaurant’s are slowly closing down… will think 2x coming back!

Horrible service!!! Waitress did not do a good job. Didn’t bring things asked for or check on us and it was empty in the restaurant. This is twice in a row. Got our food messed up and poor services.

Came for celebtation. Had the campfire meal. Servers were attentive, polite and friendly. Food was great. Loved the honey Brussels sprouts. The chocolate cake was very generous

My wife’s birthday the food was very good. The price was decent and noise level was low. I had a great winter. Great service. Had a great time will be back.

We were seated on time, and the waitress was Prompt and very attentive, she did a great Job. The food however was not as good as the service!! We ordered 2 campfire feasts. One of the entrees Was the 16 OZ PRIME RIB, which cost an additional 10.00 up charge for the size, and the prime rib came and at least 4 oz of the 16 oz was solid fat the tip of the meat was all fat that I was charged extra for. I know there is fat on the prime rib however not this amount That should have been trimmed OFF. The brussel Sprouts was also an up charge of 4.00 and they were tiny they did not look like Brussels sprouts and they were over cooked. One of the appetizers was the shrimp cocktail that did not seam right they felt Pasty like not fresh. The other prime rib was 12 oz And of course there was another up charge of 5.00 And it was also a large piece of fat was included in the Weight we paid extra for. We enjoy going to the Black Angus, however, this trip was not as good as others. Campfire feast is always our go to. We enjoy it very much. However now, if you look at that menu, it is an up charge for almost every piece of meat for the entrées and up charge for better vegetables, which warrant, so many up charges how can they call this a complete meal because you have to pay extra to get what you actually want and all these choices were never an up charge before. Just to say we were very disappointed.

Lobster was perfectly cooked, prime rib was fresh, ribeyes delicious, service from Yesi was excellent! Blueberry lemon drop martini was on point delicious, just needed a skewer of fresh blueberries. Only complaint I have is bread was hard.
