The visit was ok. I’ve had better! I got the bday celebration package. Balloons and card were done. But the bday person didn’t get sang to by staff while the other table next to us did. I don’t know why but most side items were COLD. My steak was cooked incorrectly. But I still like this place nevertheless.

Everything was delicious, and although it was busy, our server Chris took great care of us! He made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back again soon!

I was skeptical because I haven’t been to Black Angus in over 15 years however the food was decent and the service was amazing. I really enjoyed their sampler, you get to sample zucchini, potatoes, and shrimp cocktail. That was really good. I like their green beans the steak was good for the price and if you’re looking for like a full course meal for really great value 👍🏾

Was not happy with the server at all and the mistakes that were made on my wife’s special day. I did fill out an online complaint form, but did not get a confirmation or anything of it being sent to you, but all in all I was not happy with the visit, mainly because of the service, and the mistakes that were made that should not have been made, I hope in the future that servers are trained and more respectful to the people that used to spend their money at your establishment. Thank you.

Usually our meals at Black Angus are very enjoyable. This time we were placed in a back room with two large groups that took extra time for our waitress. Food arrived in proper order and timing. When our steaks arrived my son’s was fine. When my prime rib that was ordered medium rare but when it arrived it was very raw. I brought this to our waitress and she took it back to the kitchen. After what seemed like a long time to just cook it a little more done the steak was returned by another person. It was way over cooked to too well done. We ate it because we had already been there for over an hour and just wanted to get out of there.

When to Black Angus Lakewood for Mother’s Day weekend. Ordered the 12oz prime rib. The prime rib was very difficult to cut with my steak knife. Very very tough pierce of meat. Could not even stick my fork into it. Very surprised because usually the prime rib is very tender.

Our reservation was for 5 pm but we were not sat for a good 20 minutes. They deeply apologized and compared us 3 appetizers. We did not really mind the wait . It was Mother’s Day weekend and it was busy. They did not have to do that . But they went above and beyond to compensate. We had a great time!
