We were seated and then ignored! I know it was Mother’s Day but that I why I made a reservation. It took 30min for our drinks to even come. We ordered 2 wagon wheel appetizers and then our meals and never received the appetizers. The food came after an hour of waiting and we never got the appetizers. We asked if they could be taken off since we did not receive them and was told it would be more. I asked to cancel the entire meal as that is not right that we are punished for our food not coming in time and in order. We paid for our drinks and left! Not a good Mother’s Day thanks to this restaurant

Even though it was mothers day, service was great. Our server, (Rudy) could not have been more wonderful. Very attentive to all our needs. The food is always fantastic.! I ordered the Lobster, it was sooooo good. Perfect size for me.

My husband took me out to get dinner for Mother’s Day and I was very impressed with the organization of all of the staff. The greeters organizing seating the customers handled with reservations and seating us a few minutes before ours 2 minutes before our 4:30 time. The sever that we had was almost leaving her shift but introduced her replacement Alatheia. She was just wonderful and took our order to bring our salads and making sure our teas they were full. Other staff members helping bring our appetizer, our entrees. The mangers helping to make sure all customers were taken care of which was wonderful to see. Thank you for a wonderful Mother’s Day experience and the food was excellent and service ending with our dessert Sky high mud pie. We will definitely be back again to celebrate or just having dinner. Five stars definitely deserved.

All servers were very nice. It was Mother's Day, so it was packed but they didn't make us feel rushed and the food was good and the prices were reasonable for today's market

This is the very first time that we've visited on a holiday (Mother's Day). We made reservations & were very glad we did. It was extremely busy, but the staff all worked very hard to accommodate all of the patrons. I was impressed with the professionalism shown by all that I was near.

I come here a lot to get face time with my bestie. We always ask for Sean, and a table in the back. He accommodates our relaxed and slow-paced approach to dinner and keeps our glasses full but doesn’t hover. I LOVE that he checked the doneness of the steak immediately to make sure it was perfect. If it’s not, he has it fixed. The bread was not as yummy as usual but oh well. The lobster was a special treat and just perfect. We’ll keep coming! And oh, put that whisky peach jalepeno mule on the menu!

Our service was the best. Our main server has a great personality and was right there when we needed him. Our only complaint was my husband requested his prime rib medium and it was really bloody. Much too rare for him to eat. Also my rice pealof was very dry.

Everything was good, Atmosphere was quiet. Food was good. Came out fairly quick. Only thing I'd work on is making sure the appetizers don't come out 2 minutes before the food does.

A great experience is much easier to attain vs. consistency time and time again and here at this Black Angus, is just that. We dined on 4/21/24 to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was fairly early so the restaurant was just right. Our server named Jaclyln was very friendly & took care of us & was quick on all our questions & requests. We enjoyed her happy attitude. Our meal was cooked perfectly. The only thing, but not that important, was that we were just served with our salads & glasses of wine. Another server from the kitchen brought out our entrees, which was rather soon! Anyway, it wasn’t the fault of Jaclyln as she helping another table. The restaurant wasn’t too busy so we were a bit rushed. All in all, we enjoyed the meal & our server Jaclyln who made our experience a fun & enjoyable one. She is an exceptional employee. I hope she will know about our comments. 🤗

The food is always spot on and very good. the service was not that good. It took 45 minutes just to get our drinks (sodas and waters) and then an additional 15 minutes to get two beers from bar (one was a bottle beer and the wrong beer) . But most of the time when we go we have a great time. Thank you

The special birthday celebration for Black Angus was a real treat. There was a special menu prepared for the diners which we really appreciated as it varied from the normal fare. The rib eye steak was quite tender, the only thing missing was the Bernaise sauce which was in the description. No one else had it either so must have been a missing ingredient or other mishap in the kitchen. The dessert was a huge cookie with ice cream on top; the cookie should be half that size as after one eats a meal, we don't need a gigantic cookie and it just wastes food. All in all, an excellent dining out experience!

We were seated promptly. Black Angus is always a good choice for a steak dinner in my opinion. It's not noisy like some places and the food and drink are always good!

The food was good and prepared properly. There was some gristle in the steak. The asparagus was mushy and the ends were so hard you couldn’t cut them. The salads were very fresh and wonderful. We had reservations for 6. One was a child and one was an elderly person with a walker. They crammed us in a booth that would hold 4 comfortably. Didn’t offer us a table. Also the waiter forgot to bring 1/2 the table’s drinks (soda & juice). Only brought one small loaf of bread and didn’t ask to bring another when gone (everyone did not even get a piece). Did appreciate being able to use our specials.

Overcooked both of our steaks and didn't receive replacements until we were nearly done with our sides. Steaks were again not prepared correctly, but I kept mine because it was only slightly below medium rare. The other steak was practically raw. At this point, the manager apologized and told us he had comped us 50% of the bill. When we received our bill however, they charged us for the campfire feast which was more expensive as it included a dessert which we did not order. When we pointed this out, our waiter basically argued with us that we could pay full price or what they had discounted. We gave up and paid the bill, vowing never to return.

We love this Black Angus! Have been there many times. We love the rustic interior and high back seats, DON"T CHANGE IT!!! It is a very authentic place, always very friendly and a great experience and value. There lobster is better than other's claiming to be Lobster places. We loved our delightful waitress! Obviously we highly recommend!

I’ve been to Black Angus several times throughout the years, but it’s when you have great interactions with the servers that make it memorable. Last night was one of those moments. Alivia was amazing, her smile, conversation and attentiveness made for a great evening. We had the Campfire Feast, which started off with their awesome cheesy bread and crispy Brussels sprouts for appetizers. The main courses were baby back ribs w/bacon blue baked potato for myself and rib-eye also w/bacon blue potato for my friend. Both were delicious and plentiful, thus requiring take home containers. The meal was finished with the chocolate cake, ice cream and hot fudge sauce. Overall a wonderful meal. I’m sure to return and will seek out Alivia for another great experience.
