Ended up waiting for over 1 hour for the Main Course to be served! BA should have been more prepared and anticipated a super busy night due to Mother's Day!

Busy on Mother's Day but Thankfully we had reservations. Waited maybe 20-25 min to be seated. We got the Feast for 2 for $69.99 . Portions were huge and food was really good. Will definitely come back here .

The reservation process was easy through App. We were seating within 10 minutes from arriving. We were greeted by our server who took our order. The appetizer and salad was brought quickly. Our main course came within 20 minutes. All the food was amazing. Highly recommend

We arrived at our reservation time. It was packed so we waited outside. Apparently they called my name and went to someone else. I guess they didn’t realized they had people outside waiting since inside was packed. Maybe they should try texting or coming outside to call. The service was horrible, the food sucked, they brought us the wrong order, they didn’t cook our food properly. Just a horrible experience all around, it was my first and last time there.

We have beeen eating at this establishment for many years. Last night the ribeye steak was not up to par. It was very fatty and didn’t have the same good flavor that I remember. I wasted over 1/3 rd of my steak do to the fat. The service was nice, the ambience was louder than normal. Seems you changed your vanilla ice cream brand and wasn’t good. way too creamy and melted so fast.

Service was great and timely. My husband's rib eye was perfect. My salmon was well seasoned and cooked it just arrived lukewarm. I was afraid to send it back since when you overcook salmon it is tough.

Food was excellent but service was slow and missing in action. The employees seemed unhappy to be there. I passed by four different employees not one acknowledgement. The bread was tossed on the table without a word. Morale issue. I never saw a manager?

Our server Stacy was great! She was very helpful with the menu and gave us very good recommendations. Her attention to our needs was excellent. She made share we had everything we needed. We will definitely keep returning to Chula Vista Black Angus.

Had the 24oz Prime Rib medium with a side of garlic and onions. Steak was tender dry aged a week and melted in you mouth. I'm salivating just thinking about it. I'm definitely coming back.

Made a reservation for my daughter’s birthday. I even wrote that on the Open Table reservation and added the $10 for the celebration package. We were seated at the worst possible table right in the highest traffic area and never got the celebration package. We had to ask for the birthday cookie and were charged $9 for it. What’s the point of having an option to say you’re celebrating when it gets ignored. Waitress was nice but overwhelmed. The food was good. We’ve been coming here for 20 years. We will return but this day was less than expected

I felt service was little slow, but did not see much personnel, which could be the reason. After the starter came, service was right on. 16oz prime rib was excellent, my hat off for the cook.

Food and service was great (as usual). But the hostess staff (as usual) is just so rude. They don't seat people in order. They always appear confused. We were sitting with a couple that had never been to Black Angus. They were already mad at the hostesses. We told them, just get past the hostesses and it will all be good. We ran into the couple after dinner, and they told us, you were right. Once seated it was all good.

Hadn't been to Black Angus in a while and probably will not go back. Our table was dirty and sticky, as well as the menus (stuck together). Server took 10 minutes just to greet us and proceeded to forget about us after we were finally served our food. We asked for condiments for our meal and by the time we reminded him, and finally brought them, our entrees were almost gone. Never got refills on our drinks. We were literally forgotten. So much so, that we couldn't even see him pass by to remind or ask him for refills. The service was pretty bad. It was my son's birthday and he usually loves this place. We were all sadly disappointed. If only the tables and menus were clean and smelled fresh. Also, if only the server worried about serving his table.

It’s my go to restaurant. The food is always great. I order the same thing every time , grilled salmon, baked potato and green beans. I hope they bring back the BOGO .
