Our service from Ken was second to none. We just flew in and needed a meal and it was amazing.

Great food that we’ve come to expect at Black Angus. Terrific service from Jessy/Jesus. Friendly, attentive. Second time at the Burbank restaurant. Will return if we’re in the area.

Over all food was ok. We had 2 overcooked steaks. Servers were nice, however, service was extremely slow and not very attentive. Probably the last time we’ll be dining here.

Stopped in for lunch and it was great! I had their cheeseburger and it came with fries, but I substituted for a dinner salad. The salad was nice and fresh and the burger was huge! Great choice. My mom got the steak cobb salad. No need to say more :) She enjoyed it. That, too, was huge. It's not fast food, so it's a little pricy for lunch, but worth it!

Person who sat us seemed to be having a bad day. However, our waitress Dahlia was great. Shrimp cocktail absurdly overpriced for what we got. Steaks were fine, a bit overpriced.

The service was good. Reservations were easy on Open Table. Food was average. Steaks were not very tender and a bit rough. The price for steaks are cheaper than other steak houses so I guess you get what you pay for.
