Our first time back after their remodel. The place is beautiful and the food and service is better than ever. My Cowboy Ribeye was cooked to perfection. In addition, their Bartenders make awesome drinks. Chris, the manager remembered us and he was very active with visiting with guests. Tim, our server who has been a server just about everytime we have been at Black and Blue was again outstanding. Another great visit to Black and Blue.

Another excellent dinner at Black and Blue Steakhouse. The restaurant has been remodeled and is much quieter. Cocktails and wine great, and the platter with steak, lobster, crab, shrimp and scallops was top notch!

So far we have been very happy with the excellent customer service. The quality of food is amazing.

Black & Blue has been a favorite for some time. Always 5star. After their revamp I was very disappointed. Their wedge salad was great. The rest of the meal was not very good. The sea bass was too fishy tasting. I've had before and this was not good. The deserts ware the worst. Always LOVED the baked Alaska but no raspberry in ice cream. Just vanilla ice cream with a lot of Pineapple flavor. The cake was not very good either. With the tip automatically charged at 50.00 it came to $300!!! for 2 $70. meals and 2 glasses of house wine. I would not go back.

We were so glad to hear from Chris Scala , the manger , when we heard there was an earlier reservation available since our original reservation was 7:30 pm. He must have intuition, we thinking about going down to see if we could be seated earlier. Decisions decisions!! The Valley View Chef for the Black & Blue restaurant offers so many of my favorite dishes and each are deliciously presented with creative flavor surprises! What a special Mother’s Day! My final choice was the linguine prawns with roasted tomatoes so perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. I rarely finish my entire meal, but the portion was just perfect and was I able to savor each course from the delicious spicy almond, & olive appetizers, butter rolls to the prawn linguini, to the chocolate mousse dessert and the specialty coffee with chocolate spoon, caramel and chocolate dipped biscotti’s and I topped it off with a glass of their Moscato dessert wine. I Wish my life was filled with such delightful decisions. I was torn between my first love Chilean Sea Bass, Branzino, or Prawns linguin! Tim , Evie and Star each gave me the merits of each dish, but true to form their combined expertise helped to narrow it down to the Prawn linguini, it was all such a special treat for a perfect Mothers Day! To top it off it was also included on the Prix Fixe menu for the weekend! Thank you all for a wonderful evening.

Quality & exceptional service! We value excellent service and quality food, Valley View’s Black and Blue restaurant has recently been remolded with subtle elegance, without the stuffiness. We love the entire team, it starts with the Manager, Chris Scala and a welcoming feel as we enter the reception area where we are escorted to our table. What makes this restaurant successful are the people, you can tell they love what they’re doing because they all do it so well. This karma automatically makes for a very enjoyable experience. We always look forward to the filet mignon and Chilean sea bass our favorites and we opt for the prix fix menu as it is an excellent choice since it includes a salad, coffee & dessert! We are fortunate to enjoy the company while we dine of Tim, Eli and Evie as they always bring their “A” game.
