    I made reservations for my son’s 20th birthday. We were all seated together although had two different sides. One side of the table got their drinks soup and salad before the other side even got our waters. Then that side got served dinner first while the other side was waiting. Once we all got our food, one side was done first the waitress kept asking to serve the cake while clearly my son whose birthday it for was still eating as well as others on the side that got served last. She asked three times while they were still eating and was not happy I said no. At the fourth time she asked I just asked if we can wait until the plates were cleared. Not even two minutes after the cake was served the check was brought over and a minute later asked if it was ready (which it wasn’t because we were figuring out how much everyone owed. Then another minute later she asked again at this point my husband just paid for it all so she wouldn’t come back again. After we paid we were eating the cake and dividing up the bill…the waitress came over and asked us to leave as they have other reservations. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant and come here often. It was not the experience I was hoping to receive as it was some of my guests first time there. This was definitely a birthday he will remember but not the way I had to planned to be.

    We had such a great time. The chef was fun and engaging. The other people seated at our hibachi table were shockingly well matched to us, the food was delicious, we were blown away by how they managed so respectfully our dietary issues, and because it was my birthday they comped my meal. It was our first time there and it was such a worthwhile experience!!

    Well it started when we got there the lady at the house stand seem to have a bit of an attitude and to be very short. They seem to be short staffed they definitely could have used another server. They didn't seem to be a manager on site. I went to this place that I used to go to all the time until I left the area but it was my birthday yesterday and they have a deal that if you come on your actual birthday you get your hibachi meal for free. The same lady who was at the house stand was also I will waitress. We felt completely rushed and that she was in a hurry to get our order when we really wanted to place our appetizer order have them served and then put in our hibachi. She seemed to give us attitude because we want it water but we ask for lemon and lime for the water since we don't like the taste of Cambridge water and we had to take some medication. She really tried to insist that we put in our order first but we wanted to get the medication taken before they ate. You put in the appetizer order and only half of them came out the two sushi rolls which we thought would have come out first didn't come until halfway through the meal. No apology was given I as the birthday person ordered the hibachi lobster and filet mignon. I asked for it to be cooked medium rare which means it should have been red in the center. I said to the Cook right when I thought it was medium rare that I said don't forget I want mine medium rare. He said he knew but yet my mind meet got to my plate it was medium. It was pink when you cut into the center of the meat which was way too well done for me because I normally take half of my food home and when you reheat it then it becomes well done and I can't eat it if it's well done. The server then brought out the birthday cake that was purchased ahead of time by my friends. The whole night was just dripping with attitude it was not a satisfactory event. Food was late and not how I remember it. I doubt I will return.

    Awful service was terrible and their were rats running around!! Place should be shut down

    This restaurant always has good food and the chefs are great but they don’t really respect reservations so if you go just beware that you’ll still end up waiting for your table (we ended up waiting for 30-45mins even though we had made a reservation)

    What a fun time! The food was all delicious! The chef cooking in the grill was very entertaining. Definitely great for group dining!

    Service was terrible. Our hostess was cold and indifferent. Our waitress was rude and impatient. The restaurant exhaust system was horrible, smoke from the hibachi cooking filled the room and we left with our clothes wreaking of the smell from the grill - even though we were seated at a table away from the grill. The food was overcooked. Steak ordered “medium rare” was tough and chewy; shrimp and scallops were overdone. The vegetables were the only thing well cooked. Never again!

    Overall, I would say food and experience was basic. I was particularly underwhelmed with the Teppanyaki show, I have been celebrating my Birthday going to Teppanyaki for 8+ years and this was the most disappointing. The cook was short and to the point. When booking the reservation it asked if we were there for an event, I selected birthday as that was the reason for our outing. There is no indication or anything special that happened for this, so I’m not quite sure what the purpose was when booking the reservation.

    Service was poor and had an edge. The food was mediocre at best. Nothing was served hot other than the soup. The two appetizers were inedible. Far too expensive for the quality of the food or the service. We will never go there again.
