The Service, the food, and overall it was a great experience. I don’t normally expect that from a hotel restaurant, but this place was excellent. Will definitely go there again next time I’m in town.

Came here for a lunch meeting and everything from the service to the food was excellent. We work locally and always looking for good places to eat and have meetings. Highly recommend and will add this to our restaurant list.

Had the lasagna which had very little cheese and almost no sauce. Very bland. Staff were nice and calamari was good.

Housed inside The Kimberly, Bistango is NOT a “hotel restaurant!” Offering elevated Italian cuisine, a fine wine list (by the glass as well as bottles) and impeccable service, Bistango is an outstanding choice. Clearly, a fan favorite for locals as well as hotel guests, we enjoyed our meal so much that we returned several days later dining al fresco on delicious flatbreads and salads served on the front patio which was heated for our comfort. The service was as attentive on our 2nd evening, and the flatbreads were outstanding! Look forward to dining at Bistango again on my next trip to NYC

We are still sitting here at the table and I’d restart my entire meal again. It was profoundly marvelous. I’m have a gluten intolerance and am gluten free and haven’t found a restaurant this utterly fantastic since we discovered our kids are Celiac and we all stopped eating gluten permanently. Everything on the menu can be made GF. They even have GF bread they bring to the table. I ordered the rice balls and the wild mushroom tagliatelle all GF. They have a selection of GF beers. And everything on the desert menu is GF. I couldn’t decide what I wanted for dessert so the GM brought us a selection. Everything was great. The service is great. The restaurant is lovely. I will be back again.

The food was delicious at Bistango and the service prompt and attentive. We really appreciated their careful approach to food allergies. One person in our party had a tree nut allergy, and the server was very informed and proactive with us. He also went out of his way to make us feel not only welcome but safe. We really appreciate this, and highly recommend Bistango!

Many restaurants offer gluten free options, which for Italian restaurants generally means a decent penne substituted for the home-made original, in whatever shape noodle. Bistango makes its own gluten free pasta - and it is delicious. Every item on the menu is available gluten free, from crispy calamari, to butternut squash ravioli to tiramisu. Of course the "regular" menu is also delicious! My husband particularly enjoyed the fig and speck flatbread and the arctic char. Service is warm and attentive. Our server, Stefan, was helpful in our decision-making, and always at hand when we needed something. Bistango also serves lunch, which we look forward to trying later. The menu is similar, with a few added sandwiches and the omission of an entree or two. Wine list is largely Italian and fairly priced. We will be back, and wish Bistango a long life!

I have 3 allergies and we had walked out of the Jupiter restaurant as they refused to accommodate me. At Bistango they went above and beyond to make me feel safe. The food was amazing. Everyone from the host, server, busboy and manager were wonderful. Definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely amazing food and incredible service. I am coeliac and they were so great and even brought out a gluten free bread basket. We could not fault the service. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were brilliant. We would 100% come again and recommend to others.

My chicken was not cooked well ( not chewable). Also disappointed restaurant didn’t honor note to do something festive for our (belated) holiday celebration that was noted in reservation.

So nice to eat somewhere where i don't have to worry about getting sick from gluten. The calamari was crispy and delicious. The meatballs were soft and tasty. The Flatbread was yummy. And my gluten free beer!!! It was s great night out with my husband. Waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about my allergy. Thank you Bistango! Definitely coming back and may even stay at hotel for the night....looks adorable.

The beset gluten free restauarant I've ever eaten at, and big bonus that it's italian food, which can be hard to come by. We had the chicken parm, lasagna, and arancini, all were great!
