Aimed at bringing street food to life, the Bird & The Bottle in Santa Rosa, CA is the end result of a pair of award-winning restaurateurs looking to blend a surprising array of flavors. Asian, American South, East Coast, Jewish and other cuisines have been combined to create an unforgettable menu. The menu at Bird & The Bottle features cocktails and an extensive wine list, and foods range from nibbles to larger plates. Everything has been chosen to pair well, and options include seafood favorites, poultry classics like matzo ball soup but also Korean BBQ chicken. There is a vegetarian menu with everything from fried cheese curds to smoked beets, but there are also pork and beef choices in abundance. A visit to Bird & The Bottle has to finish up with a dessert, and the "goo goo pie in another jar" is a must try.

Lovely as usual. The food was delicious, and I appreciate the prompt service. The atmosphere at Bird and Bottle is adult (thank you!) However, a little more than pricey.

Food here is something special and not to be missed. Just find a protein that you like and eat it- you’ll not be disappointed. Salmon wings were super and the skirt steak well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Top notch crew in the kitchen here- culinary professionals who value their craft and their food.

A very important moment in the lives of two people who hadn’t seen each other in twenty years…but never stopped loving each other. Bird and the Bottle made it perfect. The food, service, ambience…all extraordinary. The moment made perfect. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Sadly, our visit to the Bird & Bottle this past Saturday was a massive disappointment. As frequent diners there, we've come to expect a certain level of quality and service, but this experience fell well short of those expectations. To start, the service was lacking from the moment we were seated. Our server never introduced themselves. When my wife's glass of Pinot Noir finally arrived, it was served in a glass that was so hot it felt as if it had just come straight out of the dishwasher—not exactly the ideal temperature for enjoying a nice Pinot. The problems continued with the food. We ordered the artichoke appetizer, but it arrived very undercooked and inedible. The much-anticipated basket of fries was a sad sight—it seemed to be almost entirely filled with crumbs at the bottom. Clearly, this was the tail end of a batch that should not have been served. While we understand that the restaurant was extremely busy that evening, that doesn't excuse such a poor overall experience. Undercooked food, terrible service, and hot dishwasher glasses for wine are just not acceptable, no matter how busy things are. This was hands-down one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a long time at a restaurant we've regularly enjoyed in the past. Hopefully, it was just an off night, but it's disheartening nonetheless. We'll likely be very hesitant to return to the Bird & Bottle anytime soon after such a disappointment.

This is an outstanding restaurant. We had dinner for my wife's birthday, and Bird & The Bottle came highly recommended. I had the skirt steak and it was delicious. My wife had the lamb meatballs and they were excellent as well. We were smart enough to save some room for dessert, and we shared the chocolate cake in a jar, which also was outstanding. I highly recommend Bird & the Bottle

Great food and service. Exciting and fun menu with lots of different tastes. Only dig is lack of parking for the amount of seating they have available. Go early if you’re interested in dinner. You will be circling the parking lot for a awhile. Better yet, take an Uber.

Epic meal in a wonderful setting with superb service! I’ll be eating those tacos in my head for years. Can’t wait to return. If you live nearby, or are traveling through, treat yourself to an incredible experience.
