Bill's a fait une entrée remarquée sur la scène du hamburger new-yorkaise en 2009 avec son premier restaurant dans le quartier Meatpacking, devenant un succès instantané auprès des amateurs de hambugers et des locaux. The hostess and the manager were super awesome getting in a group of 14 for me. The burgers were delicious. However, I would not order the brussels sprouts. They just didn’t have any flavor. But I 100% recommend this place.

The food was good. The waitress needs to find another job. She’s sick of being a waitress. Was not a very patient individual.

Enjoyed the food, the staff was very good and you could easily carry a conversation with others at your table. Price was reasonable too. Definitely go back if the chance came about again.

The food was very good and the service was excellent and friendly. A great place in a very busy part of town...not overpriced...

We were greeted immediately by the hostess who confirmed our reservation. We were seated immediately. The server arrived with water and returned a few minutes later to take our order. The food was delivered quickly and was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the mini burgers with onion rings and fries. We also ordered the mega peanut butter shake. We both agreed it was the best peanut butter shake we have ever had. Pricing was good for the Rockafeller Center area. We will definitely come back here to enjoy another meal.

Our waitress Erica, I think was her name was lovely. The food is what you would expect and reasonable.

We got in early and they were so kind to seat us even though we were early. It’s a very nice and large place. The brunette waitress who has a thick accent was very very strange, calling my 6 year old son a baby in a mean way (never experienced this, very strange and it offended him and me- he was literally just sitting there not doing anything “a baby” would do). Then we ordered, food came out timely but was wrong- no cheese on the burger and modifications were wrong in the nachos. The manager took the burger back to put some cheese on (came back with a cold piece of cheese on it) but didn’t offer to comp the nachos after we said we’d keep them, since my kids already started on them by the time we got someone to check in. Food was good overall, just strange (rude due to that waitress) and not that great of service.

I'm a native NYer and read the reviews before I booked, thinking this was a tourist trap. It was ok....not a "true trap". Very convenient to Radio City. Burger was like any other fast food burger, but bigger. Fries came out luke warm. Onion rings, tasted generic...nothing special. I guess if you have kids, it may be a good place to go. There was a children's deal that seemed more affordable than the usual NY fair. Erica, our waitress was great. Hostess was lovely and helpful. Restaurant was clean.
