Disappointing service. Forgot several times to refill drink. Even worse we were there for Mothers Day and the server forgot to enter our mother’s dish. It ended up coming out late after many of us had already finished our plates. The server didn’t even apologize for the lack of attention.

Our dinner came very quickly. At the end I ordered an appetizer instead of a dessert that did not come, nor did the water refill that I needed, nor did the waiter when we needed a check. The food was good. The service was poor.

Our waitress was excellent and we were given the booth we asked for. We each loved our selected entrees and our drinks.Because it was a birthday we received a free “dessert of your choice”, which was wonderful. No one rushed us to leave, even though we were there for 3 hours.

this has been our favorite spot for years until this day. Something was a little off about the food we ordered our usual and when we got home, everyone was sick in the bathroom. I don’t know if we were served food that was left out or not good but the whole house was sick. I don’t think I will be visiting here again.

The food was great as usual. We had the Spicy Sichuan Green Beans appetizer, which was very tasty and good sized portion for two. Our two main dishes were also great as usual. Service was attentive, but not rushed, even though at dinner time on a Saturday.

We were somewhat disappointed in the food and service. We have dined here before and the food quality is not the same. We realize getting help is getting harder but the prices don’t reflect this.

The only thing I want to mention was that the ladies bathroom was a mess. Why were the toilet paper seat cover holders ripped off the wall? For a classy restaurant, in my opinion, they should have them there for the cliental. Things just appeared dirty too.

My cashew chicken was hot and tasted great. My sons Szezuan beef was great but was not hot, and the server was running around. My sons ginger soda with lime was premixed and had sugar. The server did bring soda and lime but failed to remove the original drink from the bill and didn't realize it until I got home. Overall great food!

We were there for an early lunch before the matinee at the Marriott. The server was attentive and the food was delivered quickly, and DELICIOUS!! Will definitely be back!

With a renewed love of asian food, my husband and I visited Big Bowl after several years since our last visit. We were pleasantly surprised regarding the high quality of food and service. We loved the variety menu choices, while not being overwhelming. Even though we were seated right next the kitchen, our booth was roomy and the noise was not overwhelming. We will definitely go back soon; probably with friends or family for another great dinner out!
