We arrived early for our 9:00 pm dinner reservation. They sat us at our table right away. All chefs finished other tables at 9:30 pm. Our chef did not arrive until 10:00 pm. There was no acknowledgement of our wait and the chef did not act excited to cook for us. Our food was overcooked or burnt with pieces of black on our food.

Celebrated 21st Wedding Anniversary with a party of 7 & had a great time. The Chef was entertaining as well as the waitress. Kudos!

The service was what saved this experience. The hostesses and our waiter and chef were great. The hibachi table area was packed, and smoke kept drifting to us on one side of the table which was really annoying. The chef was really fun and did a nice job of entertaining. Plus we were celebrating a birthday they didn’t know about in advance, and they reacted quickly and quite nicely. Overall we found the prices a little high and the atmosphere very regimented, like we were being pushed a little. It might just be the nature of that style of dining since we shared the table with another party, so I’m not sure how they could improve.

was a very nice setting but since the tables are so close our waiter could not pass by to pass me my drinks or pick up my salad and soup bowls along with empty glasses which led to a lot of clutter which is hard to eat around considering the small eating space.

We have going to this location over over ten years and I was a must stop for us when we were in town, last night was the worst service and meal we have ever had! Not sure we will be going back.

Food was good. Food service was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Problem is that they lost my reservation and I had to wait for an opening. After another hostess arrived and they found my original reservation. I changed it from 1 to 3 persons and waited until called. Wait time for individual portions was extremely long.

Benihana has been on my bucket list since 1982 in Manhattan where everyone raved about their dishes and the plum wine. I’m so glad to have enjoyed the Chef’s artistry in food prep and the ambience. The couples who were seated at our table were lovely. Benihana made everyone feel special on 4/26/24. I highly recommend this dining experience……

We come every year here for a birthday and this year we were disappointed with the chef. No fun or show and the food didn’t taste good. Fried rice too greasy! Not a good time but the waiter and ambience was excellent

I have been coming here for a long time. Very disappointed that they took away a beautiful part of this chaming Japanese restaurant. No more Japanese music playing to go with there lovely garden. Also took away the rain/thunder storm attraction. Just modern music that has no place in this setting.

Chef was great! Server was 'new' and, sadly, inattentive. We have eaten here for years and this was not the finest experience. The salad was wilty...not the usual crispness; meat/steaks were GREAT! But, scallops were fishy and about 1/3 the typical size. We will be back, but hope they step up their game. Sorry it has to be so expensive.

Andy server and Huang chef were amazing. Food was delicious. Loved the green tea whip cream dessert for my birthday. Loved all the fresh veggies and yummy teriyaki steak and chicken. We had an amazing time and amazing service for my birthday. Thank you.
