    There is no point in making a reservation here - we were not seated for 35 minutes after our reservation time. Our time was for lunch, but were handed a holiday menu, which was double the cost of the lunch specials. When we asked (after having to find someone), we were told that as the Friday before Father’s Day, there were no lunch specials this day and only the (pricier) holiday menu was available. We left at this point and grabbed lunch elsewhere

    The place was filthy dirty. Our hibachi table was smoking and had the smell of burning oil to the point. We had to move to another table. The grill did not work. Flew on my neck during dinner The only positive was Chef was excellent Place has declined and repair in desperate need of maintenance and updates. Customer for 25+ years is that disappointing

    Applied the 18% service charge twice for a group of 11, receptionist kept insisting one is for kitchen and the other for waiting staff. Had to bring in the manager to get one service charge reversed. They advised upon booking that 18% gratuity would be applied to bill for parties of 10+ and that’s perfectly fine. Completely intentional and fraudulent billing that patrons not paying attention would get charged twice for. I have a feeling it’s not the first time the staff has done, request management to review billing for large groups for the last few months and take action. We will not be coming back for a long time.

    This place is going downhill. The food is still good. However my server was very rude. I did not get my birthday serenade and birthday ice cream. The fried rice no longer has chicken inside. The ladies’ room is old and extremely dirty. Please spend your money somewhere else.

    There was no show when the chef cooked. All of the chefs looked like they did not want to be there. They rushed us through the food. They tried to take my plate while I was still eating and then said I underestimated you. Would not go back again. Food was bland and it took forever to get a drink

    Despite having a reservation it took 1 hour from sitting at our table to getting a chef. They went to multiple tables seated after us before us.

    I’m looking For somebody to reach out to me because I found the object in my food when I got home, I spoke to the general manager Jordan still waiting for a reply. Call corporate still waiting for a reply. Next, I’m gonna go a little further because no one is contacting me back. This was serious. My son broke his gum, chewing on whatever that object was.
