    We had a great table side chef named Freddie who made our birthday girl feel like dinner was a special production just for her. We didn’t have to wait to sit down and our waitress kept drinks filled and the table cleared.

    Went to Benihana for my birthday dinner and the vibes were overall weird. Our chef was flirting with us the whole time it was uncomfy and the food tasted better when I was a kid. The restaurant is like dirty too. Was disappointed

    The waterless forgot the salad and did not notice it until I notified her about 30 minutes into the meal. The cook forgot to include the mushrooms and served the hibachi chicken with no mushrooms! A first of a kind experience! Then after I reminded him that he forgot the mushrooms, it took 5 minutes. By that time the chicken was not piping hot any longer. To top it off he never even said a work of apology. The water then brought the vanilla ice cream which was so melted it was like soft cream. The whole experience was the worst I’ve ever had at Benihana!

    The chef was rude. Insulted my wife for ordering Teriyaki sauce and performed absolutely no tricks which is the entire point of the experience. Were sat 30 minutes after reservation time. Don’t waste you time

    We were seated 45 mins after our reservation (we arrived early). The noise level was incredibly high. Servers were friendly and helpful but the restaurant was like a crowded train station. Food was okay but $$$, $17 cocktails at the bar. Stay away on a holiday weekend if you want a quiet dinner.

    We had to wait 50 min for our table. As the 4 grown ups and our 6 teenagers were getting hangry we ask if we could get something to eat while waiting and they offered us two orders of California rolls which arrived at the table. And then it took again a long time until our chef started. This was not a good start! But the food was again delicious and plenty.
