Bienvenue chez Benihana, un restaurant qui vous propose une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Installez-vous autour d'une de leurs tables communes et vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous livrera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du Teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Ils vous en mettront vraiment plein la vue ! Il ne vous restera qu'à faire votre choix parmi la diversité des savoureux mets proposés (bœuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.) et vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous régaler de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous délecter d'un cocktail de spécialité. Benihana Ontario est situé près de l'intersection des autoroutes I-10 et 215, à cinq minutes du Ontario International Airport et du Ontario Convention Center, ainsi que du Citizen’s Bank entertainment arena. Il dispose de 22 tables de type teppanyaki et d'un bar à sushis confortable offrant des spéciaux pour Happy Hour. Le restaurant a été conçu pour imiter le style Azekura qui rappelle un entrepôt de campagne japonaise, devenant l'un des deux seuls restaurants de style Azekura de la chaîne Benihana. Des frais de service de 18% sont ajoutés à toute facture pour les groupes de huit personnes ou plus.

Unfortunately our last experience was not a pleasant one. Wait times were incredibly long with reservation, server was hard to find, food was not nearly as good as usual and missed part of our order, and more expensive. Even with our birthday coupon, we will probably not go back next year.

We had a reservation for 7:15. Upon arrival we were told that they were running behind schedule. We were seated an hour later. Aside from that we were happy with our server Mason and our cook JD. Food was amazing and we had a great time celebrating our daughter’s birthday!!!! Thank you MASON & JD!!!!!

It took almost an hour to get our food after being seated. With kids that’s a horrible experience.

Food was great, service was great, everyone was nice, bathrooms were yucky no toilet paper or soap, & tables were sticky when we got there. But overall everything was good beside besides the cleanliness.

First of all, we get there 20 min before our reservation. But we’re not seated till 45 min past our reservation. I wonder if we shore up 45 min late, would we still be seated. After being seated it took the chef another 40+ min for him to come out. Our reservation was for 12:45 pm, we didn’t start eating till after 2:30 . The only bright spot was the food was really good.

Our waiter was okay. We really enjoyed our chef Nathaniel. He was very enthusiastic, entertaining, and a wonderful chef. He was always smiling, happy, and he made everyone feel welcome. One of the best experiences we have had at Benihana.
