We had hoped to have a more memorable experience. However, service and attentiveness from the staff was what ultimately led to a lower review. We waited 40 mins for our table despite having a reservation and then we’re not greeted by our server once seated for another 20. A large party entered after us but was being attended to before our party. We had small children attending the occasion and all in our experience took 3 hours for dinner. Our chef Chris was wonderful and entertaining, however the pace of the meal was lacking as several diners had finished their meals before some of the proteins were served for others. We usually love the experience at Benihana’s but this what left us feeling a bit underwhelmed for the expenditure

Excellent fun evening. Brought my client for dinner and her birthday And it was a wonderful evening. Food was delicious, service excellent And overall lots of fun at the table with other Diners we got to enjoy sharing the experience with. Thank you for a memorable evening!

Waitress was not as attentive at all! Don’t remember her name! Always have had good service but rice was not out until meal was completed on plate! Neither was appetizer!

We have been going to Benihana for years this is the first time they have messed up our reservation. I booked a reservation for 6:15 and we didn’t get done until 8:30. We were told we were checked in and then all of a sudden they couldn’t find our name. Our chef Patrick was awesome. He was the best thing about the whole night

Diego Roth their Manager is terrific, he's so nice, and makes sure everything is flowing perfectly. He must have come over and checked on our 2 tables a few times during the evening. He's funny too and makes for the best Manager!! Love this restaurant, and enjoyed it even more with his watchful eye on my group! Thank you

Great Service and great food. Chef can actually be more interactive with customers but overall everything was great, My kids were happy with the food and of course my wife had great time for the Mother's day as well as her Bday

Same great food but prices have gone up quite a bit and you longer get the free ice cream at the end. No a super big deal but way to nickle and dime ya. Also this location does not have enough parking. So plan for that.

Chef barely performed any cool tricks for the kids. Service was slow but it wasn’t the waitresses fault. she was clearly busy

I would avoid this Benihana location if you are looking for a restaurant who actually honors your reservation. Reservations at 5:30pm resulted in our party being sat at 6:05, then not have our chef show up until almost 6:50pm. Great food overall. However the service is quite lacking.

I have eaten at Benihana’s for years, over 100 times! I consider it to be my favorite, but this birthday experience had to be the worst! The Chef overcooked my Chateaubriand & our appetizer was served last. Our server forgot that it was my birthday, actually he forgot that we had two birthdays! The manager did make it right by providing me with a couple of coupons. Thank you Diego!

They had us wait 45 minutes before we could get seated and another 30 minutes before we had a chef start out food. No apologies and had the bare minimum of shows. We had two little ones and the 2.5 hours it took for our dinner to finally finish was painful. Find your local teppan restaurant and support them instead, I'm sure they'll be a lot more grateful for your patronage than this overpriced mediocre establishment.

Food was sub par, actually gross, service was very slow and the “show” was very low energy. We haven’t been in about 15 years, but it used to be WAY better. Super bummed that it’s gone downhill.

The prices were high, and we waited 20 minutes for a late party, then another 10 for the chef. The chef seemed sarcastic, and his sweat was dripping onto the grill. There were loud children running around, and the restaurant wasn't doing anything to control them. Despite all that, the food was good.

Had chef BIBI tonight, we request him often when we dine at this location! Our server was ARI and she was great... she gave us everything we asked for including condiments and even order accuracy! Refills kept coming and we were in good hands! We had an amazing family dinner! Staff here is amazing! Managers TOSHI & STEPHANIE also made sure we were having a good time! Thank you to all! Das Essen war köstlich Geschmack ist wenigstens Richtung Europa, also kein Zucker im Essen, Der Koch hat uns diesmal nicht aus dem Hocker gerissen, aber die Bedienung war sehr kompetent, die Atmosphäre ist wie üblich Benihana ,Preis Leistung ist auch gut , Sehr zu empfehlen !

My reservation was at 6 PM and we did not get seated until 6:30 PM. Once we were seated, the chef did not come for another hour. We finally left the restaurant close to 9 PM. This was a birthday dinner for my nine-year-old twins and I specifically made it for 6 PM so that they wouldn’t be out too late on a school night. Every time we have gone to Benihana‘s lately, the reservation time is meaningless because we always get sat 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

I came to celebrate my birthday with my friend. We go every year for each others birthday. This is our second time at this location and this has been the best experience we’ve had throughout all the years of going. Blanca was our server and Jose was our chef. Everything was perfect. The food, service I really couldn't say. Unfortunately we were seated with a party of 7 who were loud, belligerent and obnoxious. We didn't even make it to ordering. These people were rude to my wife and I from the get go. Made for a very bad 28th anniversary dinner. We did go elsewhere for a more intimate dinner and were able to enjoy each others company. I have to say that Benihana's did nothing wrong really. They were not around to witness this behavior, since it took a while for the server to come around to take any drink orders or apps. We just just told our server when she arrived that I was not feeling well and we were leaving. Disappointed to say the least.

Don’t sit in the very back overflow room. They stick all the crying infants there. Ugly plain walls. Went for an adult birthday and our photo came out terrible. Drab decor and harsh lighting in that one room. It’s not like the rest of the restaurant.

Waited 2 hours to eat and the manager hardly wanted to give us a discount

We waited a very long time for our chef to arrive. Our reservation was 6:45, we had to wait until 7 to be checked in because party members were running late. Sat at 7:10pm. Orders for drinks and meals taken promptly, and appetizers arrived in a timely manner. And then we proceeded to wait at least 20 mins or so until our chef arrived. We didn’t wrap up and check out until 9pm! Nearly 2 hours at the table. Food was still great despite chef likely being newer: he was dropping utensils and messing up on some of the “tricks,” and he was VERY slow with his cooking. However, he was super friendly and the meal was delicious as always. We will still return, will just have to make earlier and earlier resos to make up for the prolonged experience.

The cook/chef was TERRIBLE! She didn’t even bother to engage with us, no tricks, left some meals out, messy, sloppy!
