Vous pourrez admirer votre chef personnel mettre en scène l’art ancien du Teppanyaki (méthode de cuisson traditionnelle sur plaque chauffante), le regarder découper, mettre en cubes et préparer un repas qui ravira vos yeux comme vos papilles. Que vous choisissiez un succulent steak, du tendre poulet ou de délicieux fruits de mer, vous vous régalerez. Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par le talentueux chef et vous laissez tenter par un des cocktails maison. Le Benihana Maple Grove est situé près des fontaines au centre commercial Arbor Lakes. Bien que les réservations ne sont pas obligatoires, elles sont recommandées. As always never disappointed with this restaurant my son brought me as a mother's day gift and as always we loved it we went on a tuesday at 11:45 so we got our own table was amazing

We went Benihana for Mother’s Day. The chef and the waitress were great. We had fun and the food was delicious! Would highly recommend.

This will probably be my LAST time visiting Benihana. The service charge is ridiculous, our food was cooked to the wrong temperature (chef did NOT even verify before cooking and a medium rare order was the final protein received when it should have been one of the first), and I waited for way too long to get any of my drinks. Rising prices with less customer service and an added service charge, this is a joke.

Worst Hibachi experience ever. We felt rushed. The had a limited menu on Friday because it’s a holiday weekend. They prices were increased and we were charged $50 for service charge. I didn’t get what I ordered. They made the meat and the rice last so by the time the rice came everyone’s meat was either gone or cold. The food was bland with no seasoning or sauce. Very disappointed. And $22 for a plate of chicken nuggets for a child is ridiculous.

That weird extra fee makes no sense. Looks like employees don't benefit from it either. Why not just set the prices and let tips work as they should , without the extra billing

Our reservation was at 6pm. We got sat around 6:05 but then didn't get our drink orders in until 6:15ish. We didn't get our drinks for another 15 minutes and didn't get our order placed until 6:45. We had to order double drinks because it took so long to get them. Our server was doing the best he could and you could see in his face he was overwhelmed. The chef came out and he honestly seemed intoxicated. He was stumbling, gave someone the wrong food, and didn't put on the show we usually see. I've been there more times than I can count and it was the worst experience we've had. I also had a $30 off birthday coupon and it wasn't applied. I love Benihana's and we will be back but this was just a bad experience this time.

Service was great Food was good I did not appreciate the notification upon arrival about the %20 surcharge and that it did not include the tip. I was not allowed to add a tip to my card and was expected to provide a cash tip. I feel the $27 surcharge I was charged should have been more than sufficient. (Due to the increase in prices besides). The prices and surcharges are to extreme.

I will never visit again. For 2 people our bill was 140! We had water to drink and just had the hibachi meal with shrimp added. There was NO WAY we each had $70 worth of food.

We love benihana but this last visit was not good. Their HVAC system wasn't working right so was very hot in restaurant. Understand that things happen but management tried to argue that it wasn't that bad. They did take some off the bill but was just management response that soured the night

The service was slow and inattentive. We arrived at 4:10 and were promptly seated. When we got there the restaurant was empty, so you’d think our meal would click along at an even pace. But our meal didn’t conclude until 5:40. There were multiple long stretches (20 minutes or more) that our server was no where in sight. We had somewhere to be at 6pm so this lack of attention really was a source of stress and should not occur when the meal for two rang it at $140. The food was tasty and the ambiance was nice. The lack of attention really dampened what was to be a celebration.

The food, service and experience is excellent! I have a problem with all the extra fees and service charges! I find it complete BS! Just tell me what you charge and let me decide if and how much tip is based on the service. I find dining out has gotten out of hand at the majority of restaurants today.

We got food an hour and a 40 min after being seated . Reservation was at 7:15, full party arrived at 7:08, seated at 7:35, drinks arrived at 8:00, chef came at 8:20, food served at 9. Dessert at 9:45

We sat at a regular table, not the one where they cook in front of you. The food was very cold, when we spoke to the manager they said they could only take 20%off our bill. We expected better than that. Plus we were only a party of 4, but they had already put the gratuity on the bill before hand. Would never go back!

We had a great time at Benihana's yesterday. The chef, Hector and server Nanni made our evening so fun. All the food was delicious. We left full. The only problem is the prices have gotten way too high. Especially with the added 20% service charge.

Of all the times I have been to Benihana, I have always enjoyed everything. This time was different, I should have known when there was a manager standing over watching the chef cook the whole time. The food was horribly cooked, unseasoned and there was literally no show. Paying 500 dollars for 7 people to eat you would expect a great time and good food, I was extremely disappointed and will not go back. I will say that the server/service was the best I have had but it wasn't enough to get me to spend that kind of money for under cooked unseasoned food.

The chef was rushing and did not get my order correct, due to that my food was not cooked on the grill at our table it had to come from the kitchen. We Had the last reservation of the night and I could Tell everybody(staff) was rushing to go home

Ordered an appetizer of sushi and never got it. Menu is confusing. Lots of “extra” charges be careful. Every time they ask if you want food being cooked didnt realize it wasnt part of your meal. Confusing and expensive.

It was my 93 year old grandmother’s first time dining here and she loved it. Her eyes lit up as the chef cooked and performed fancy tricks right in front of her. It was a joy to watch and experience with her. And the food was delicious too.

Reservations for 5:30. Seated at 6:00. Was busy so ok. Asked for raspberry iced tea. Brought unsweetened iced tea, told that is all they had. Asked to switch to soda. Insert eye roll! Brought out, slammed in table. Was not seen again until end. No refills for anyone. Asked at end if my son really wanted to be sang to since it was his birthday. He said he would. Insert eye roll! When they finished he was asked if it was really his birthday! Really? I was disappointed but not surprised when the bill came and 20% was already taken off for a tip. I am assuming if service is like this then tips are few and far between, unless forced upon customers. We were not at all impressed.

Fun experience for our family - staff is really nice and organized. The entrees were a little overcooked but the rest of the food was very good.

Not the normal Experience at all. Cook did not know what she was doing had no personality and that was the point of the experience. Go 12-15 times a year same location. Never this bad.

The server fell behind and would reach across people to serve and retrieve items. The chef started before the server could catch up. The chef poured pepper directly out of the shaker with the top off. The rice had way too much pepper for most peoples taste. It was all done in a good timeframe, but seemed chaotic. We continue to go there for our celebrations but this visit wasn't as smooth as usual.

The experience sadly has been less and less impressive as the years go by and now with a forced 20% gratuity, the servers have even less incentive to offer reasonable service. There are better options out there who deliver a good value and comparable, if not better food.

A bit spendy, but it’s both dinner and a show so it’s worth it. Our chef was so funny and friendly, he made the night!

Benihana just isn’t what it used to be. This location actually used to be one of the nicer ones. Our server did her best and chef was OK. My issue is, if I’m going to pay $300 for a meal, I’d hope to not have to have dirty dishes & glasses. The experience of Benihana just isn’t what it used to be.

I can't believe that Benihana has decided to make it policy to add a 20% service charge to all bills?! AND to top it off, not all of that $$ goes to the server staff. What is the service charge for?????? Our meal for 4 people (with only two alcoholic drinks) was $270!!!! $40 of that was the service charge. And then it is expected to leave an additional cash tip?! I don't know that we will be going to Benihana that often in the future.

The servers did an excellent job when we had came to dine in. The best time for us to go was at 9 PM we were able to get a table all to ourselves. They even seen a wonderful birthday song for you. When is your birthday.
