    I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years. I love hibachi food. But yesterday the food wasn’t as good as it normally is. And the alcohol beverage didn’t even give me a buzz. I think it’s time to find a new hibachi restaurant

    Overall the experience was good. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The Chef was a bit disappointing. He didn’t engage much or do many tricks. But we still had a good time and it is good value for what you get.

    The food was not up to the standards. The food last night was very bland and missing seasoning for the amount of money that you pay you would expect the foodbe perfect.

    There were several problems with my dinner last night. I will be addressing my concerns with the manager later today. Briefly, it started with a couple who were seated at a table occupied by 3 couples, after orders were taken and while the soup was being served. This couple hijacked the entire dinner. They asked people to move, were on their phones on speaker and FaceTime during the majority of the dining. They ordered NUMEROUS things from the menu and customized everything. They also loudly declared, while the rice was being served, that THEY wanted all the leftovers from the grill. The chef was completely frazzled by this couple and as a result of their comments and customizing, all the food was under seasoned and under cooked. When I ask for steak to be cooked to Medium, I do not expect it to be blue inside. The chef then started debating whether I actually wanted my steak medium well. When the steak is so undercooked that it cannot be chewed, we have a BIG problem. The couple next to us ordered an extra side of hibatchi vegetables for each of them, and then when plating the extra sides, the LOUD couple picked up their plates to get “extra” and the chef actually gave it to them. It was not extra for the table. It was additional sides that were ordered and paid for by other people. When the bill came, the “loud” couple started to complain to the server that they did not receive half the items on their bill. It was a competed lie, as they had ordered a bunch of extras and add on’s. He then asked the server if they offered a payment plan. My son was so fed up at the end of the meal, and so angry that my food was cooked first and resolved last, because the chef undercooked the steak, that we walked out before the ice cream. This was an unacceptable experience. The table should never have had people added so late…after orders and after people had spread out. The chef did not know how to cook or season the food properly. Again, I will be calling to address all.

    Great service (both chef and the server). Food was better than last time (I hate when too much soy sauce used for everything, and this chef knew how to cook!)

    We had chow as our chef and Deborah as our waitress and they were both amazing and attentive. I definitely want them again when I come back to this fine establishment!
