Bienvenue au Benihana où vous allez vivre une expérience culinaire inédite ! Vous serez assis en groupe autour d'un chef personnel maîtrisant l'art ancien du Teppanyaki.     It was extremely hot outside and yet rhe temperature inside was way worse. We were sweating while eating food. Plus there was hair found in the food . Not once but multiple times.

    Had a 830 reservation didn’t get seated till 930 the service was terrible no staff and they where rude even the manager. The manager told my date she was going to take to give us a free appetizer and take off on our bill. Didn’t happen. I felt really embarrassed how the manager and my date acted. Tell my dated she looks like a man when she walked by under her breath. And my date had apart in this as well. As a sous chef at a steakhouse I was very embarrassed by both. And this was the dirtiest Benihana I ever been to. This is my experience I won’t come back to this location but I also wanted to apologize for my date actions but I hate this. Both of them was wrong and my quality of food and experience suffered

    It was very nice evening. We had a 5:00 reservation and ended up with at a table by ourselves. So our service was very quick. Our waitress was very courteous.

    The hostess weren’t really welcoming upon entering. They were huddled up when we came in and it took them a moment to acknowledge us. They offered us seating before confirming our reservation. The reservation was also pointless as they didn’t even call us until at least 20 minutes later. We were already sitting at the bar and had ordered by then. The food was ok, but a bit salty.

    I feel like they tell the cooks the more butter and salt and soy sauce the better… some of us don’t want to leave with coronary artery disease. They need a better HVAC system in there as well.

    Terrible service, waiter took long to bring out salads and soup for my girls after bringing it for everyone else at the table. Never brought a drink we ordered or asked if we needed anything.
