    I only give 1 star cause we mentioned a good allergy to shrimp for my husband and daughter and he put shrimp on his plate??? Also cooked to much together with the shrimp. If their food allergies was worse we would have been in trouble! I know mistakes happen that’s why we still tipped the cook and did not say anything to front desk. But coujd have been a big problem

    Mohammad the cook and Dora was great. Can’t wait to come back. Perfect on the order and the food was cooked perfectly. Also thankful for the manager Mandy for still accepting my birthday certificate.

    The chef was awesome! He was from West Africa. Our hostess provided great service. It’s just sad how much the experience has gone up in price. Our picture was taken for a birthday. None of us liked it lol, but it was a nice gesture.

    Our server was great, very attentive! The cook and food were the worst experience I've had at a Benihana. The cook did not seem to know what she was doing, was very slow, and the foid was just not the normal standard.

    Had a bit of a wait. The chef was good but didn’t give us the shrimp appetizer until after all the other food was cooked.

    We went for the experience but the problem was the chef! He just came to cook with no tricks or even communication. I understand he had severe language barrier but he should have been trained well to atleast show his skills. The other family had a young child who came first her birthday but when she saw there was no show, she started crying! Just disappointed with this visit. The quality of the resturant has gone down than the last time I visited this location.

    On this visit, Benihana is back. Food and service were consistent with what you would expect for Benihana in the early years. Papi and Thora were a great team and did a very nice job, which we appreciate. We have been Benihana lovers for over 40 years and glad to see someone is paying attention again to providing a great Benihana experience.
