Graduation dinner was excellent! Added plus that we were seated in a back dining room where only one other table was seated after us. Excellent food and loved the ice cream dessert! We will be back - probably many times!!

Eat somewhere other than Benihana. . . Extremely disappointed. . .went to celebrate daughter’s birthday and Mother’s Day. . .and, the food was horrible. . Everyone felt the same way. . There was nothing special about the experience and it was so expensive. . .very disappointing. . Plus, I was charged $20 extra for something we didn’t even order!!1. It was so disappointing that it has even turned me off from ever going to another Hibachi type restaurant. . .

I frequent Benihanas and every time I’m there I experience excellent food and service. I love the food and the atmosphere. It’s my go to place for my birthday as well as date night.

The food was great but we all felt very rushed. They brought the soup and the appetizer and the salad all at the same time and with a glass of water and your drink there was no space left and we were stacking bowls on plates and moving things all around and he started cooking and he kept stacking our food on top of everything else because we didn’t have time to eat each course and before we even finished eating they brought the checks and we were done within the hour. It was my wife’s birthday and it was not very enjoyable. Our chef was very quiet while the chef on the next table put on a show that our table got involved with.

The food was very bland and table show was very lacking. Especially for the price. We paid $300 for a family of 5 and have had better hibachi and other place. We go for the experience for that cost and good food. Felt ripped off

The portions are not as big as other Benihanas I’ve visited the food is still delicious. The area is a little questionable. Our truck was broken in to while we were enjoying dinner. No security cameras nearby.

The Hispanic host was completely disrespectful and dismissive. I asked for two crayons and he pointed and was like it’s over there. He expected me to go behind the host stand and grab them myself. 14 people were suppose to show up and only 7 showed up. He rolled his eyes because some of the party could not make it. He has a really bad attitude. Never will go back there again

My kids loved going to Benihana, unfortunately, the last TWO times we have been we got the same waitress. The chefs were great! They are entertaining, funny, and great with the kids…however, the waitress was never around to check on us, no water refills, and worst of all she completely forgot to put in the order for our kids chicken tenders. The first time we thought it was a fluke, but this was a random weekday evening and they were not busy at all.

I was so glad to find there was a Benihana close to our hotel when we visited Dallas for the eclipse. The last time I’d been to one was in 1989. There’s only one in the UK. The welcome was great, and as before, the food was wonderful. The guy that cooked on the adjacent table was brilliant. Ours, not so. We’d asked for steamed rice, but got none. I wasn’t massively hungry, so had enough, but it was a little disappointing. I guess he was just having a bad day. He was nowhere near as entertaining as the other guy, and after all this is why we visit, the entertainment of watching the cooks perform. It wouldn’t stop me going back, but it looks to be a bit of a lottery on who gets assigned to cook for you. Disappointing.

Our chef was amazing, best chefs experience I’ve ever had, he kept us laughing, stayed engaging and he was very social, and he definitely understood the assignment. With all the tricks and theatrics I feel like he should train others on spicing up thier show. We also has a great waiter, he was attentive and quick with service. We got a 2 for 1 comedy show with dinner. Best Benihana experience I’ve ever had.

We had to wait a very long time to sit, and we had really bad service. We didn't get our drinks until the chef was coming. The whole night was really disappointing.

We sat at our table for LITERALLY 20 minutes before the server finally came to the table and said he was tied up with another table and would back. Not only that they sat us at a table that still had dirty cups at the menus were dirty. I go to Benihana’s all the time and the service that I received last night was horrible, then the young host at the front were cursing while we waited for our table
