Terrible customer service. Reservation at 7:15 and didn’t even get waters until 8:15. Management does not seem to care about having repeat customers.

When we arrived water was dripping from the ceiling onto the table. By the end of dinner water had gushed out of the ceiling all over me. The menu was wet and filthy. The location just doesn’t feel clean.

Benihana is always a wonderful experience! Food is freshly prepared and the chef is friendly. Atmosphere is beautiful. We love the fish pond!

Thank you Pab and Salvador for a special and savory meal! Salvador’s presentation was fun and precise. How do you get that last bit flipped into your hat? 😆 The chateaubriand was exquisite - good quality, well marbled, so tender and juicy and perfect flavor. We really enjoyed the interaction with Pab and Salvador, and the other couple sharing the table. Pab was always smiling and took great care of everyone. Thank you!

We’ve been frequent diners at Benihana for many years. You can always count on friendly staff and excellent food. Today we went to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary. Our steaks were perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. Can’t wait for the next visit.

This was my girlfriend and I first time here. They asked me on my reservation what was the occasion and I selected date. As we get there, we are placed at a table who were about 3-4 drinks in celebrating a birthday party. I also ordered an old fashion from the bar. After a few sips, I realized it had a dead fly in it. They offered to replace it but considering the circumstances, I would expect it would be on the house or some kind of accommodation rather than just making a new one. The grill was filthy, oil and left over crumbs from the past hibachi. Our chef, was offering mushrooms to another guest and instructed him to use the same fork he was eating with to scrape the mushrooms off of the spatula he was serving our food with. Our reservation was at 9pm, a group came in to the table next to us around 9:30pm and was done eating before we could even finish our course. We ordered a Pina Colada and asked to have alcohol in it and it was none, just a sweet drink. Once we confronted them after they charged us for alcohol, we were told “you are no suppose to taste it”. Considering the fact that you have a non alcoholic and alcoholic option, how would we ever differentiate the two? Overall, I would encourage you pass on Benihana if you are looking to something nice. Could just be my experience but this was one step up from fast food in my opinion.

For what it is, it's pricey. If I'm having shrimp, I expect it to be larger pieces and deveined. Vegetables on hibachi only consist of zucchini and onions which is so much less than what other hibachi restaurants offer and Benihana is more expensive.
