Assis en groupe autour d'une table commune, votre chef personnel vous fera découvrir l'art séculaire du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef élabore devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de ravir vos papilles et pupilles.     Reservation for 7:15, wasn’t seated until 8:30, cook didn’t arrive until 850ish, we didn’t leave until 10ish and forgot the ice cream that came with the meal bc we didn’t ask…horrible…

    My food was dry. My steak was so burnt If I could’ve got a refund, I would have I would never in my life to somebody. I’m allergic to shrimp and we told him this before he started cooking and he still messed my meal up and put shrimp with my food that is uncalled for.

    I love to watch my food being prepared before my eyes and there was no disappointment with that. The food was very tasty. It did take about 2 hours for our lunch, which seemed a bit long. We were a group of six at a table for eight. They don’t serve a salad with your meal anymore and it is a bit pricy at $25 for lunch. But I did take home enough for dinner

    Great food and our Chef was fantastic. It’s a loud atmosphere but that is normal for this type of environment. It took about 30 minutes from sitting down before we finally got our drinks (7 Pepsis), so that part was a little discouraging but I think they may have been a little understaffed as all of the staff were working hard and trying to keep up with all the tables. Overall great food and a fun place to take the family.

    Our service today was not very good. Our cook gave what was left of our food to others at our table who didn’t order / pay what we paid for. Our cooked seemed new. He said he’d been there over a year I’ve never seen him. We felt very excluded in this particular visit . We got our dinner to go and ate at home.

    I was really looking forward to this meal. It was a family celebration day of birthdays and graduations. But there were so many reasons why my less than stellar experience will keep me from going back. We had to wait to be seated even though we had a reservation and the restaurant was not crowded. Many items we asked for were out of stock (one of them was iced tea. What?!?!) One of the alcoholic drinks that was ordered was delivered incorrectly. That one they made correct as soon as we notified the waitress. The appetizer we ordered never arrived at all (had to ask for it to be removed from the bill because our waitress was so unaware that she didn't even notice.) The chef realized that our exhaust fan wasn't working properly, but he proceeded to cook our meal anyway making for a smoky experience for 2 of the 6 in our group. My eyeglasses were completely covered with a fine layer of oil/grease by the end, too, as a result of the inadequate exhaust fan. One of our group ordered a meal that should have included ice cream, but that didn't come either. This in addition to the unkempt appearance inside the restaurant, the waitstaff at the check-in table scrolling on their phones, and our less-skilled chef made for an overpriced experience that will not repeat.

    Benihana was a nice place to eat, and the hibachi experience was very good. The food is delicious but slightly pricey. Be prepared to spend about $50/person without tip. The service is very attentive and professional. The atmosphere is relaxed with a very casual ambience. Overall I had a great experience at this restaurant.

    We went there to celebrate my birthday and was disappointed to say the least. They were completely out of onion soup and offered us double salad instead. My husband doesn't like salad so he didn't get anything while the rest of us were eating. They were also out of scallops and tuna so we had to go a different route for our entrees. The price to upgrade to fried rice was ridiculous $6.80 per person to add a couple eggs and minced veggies split across the table. They also need to have options for the little ones who don't like hibachi. Most of the ones in the area offer fruit or fries for the kids. Lastly since it was a bday celebration they offered us ice cream for dessert. They were out of 2 of the 3 flavors. Next time we want hibachi, we will go to another restaurant besides Benihana. Their prices are way higher than the ones nearby as well.
