We went for my boyfriend's birthday, and ended up being the only two at the table - which we LOVED. The food was amazing, probably the best we have ever had there. Will definitely be going back soon :)

Simply the best Hibachi you can get. Traveled to Ohio recently and was so excited this was available. One of the best Benihana’s I’ve been to!

The chef was Antonio and our sever was Neecy. They were both so delightful! Antonio was so nice. We were the only ones at the table so we were able to engage freely. The person I was dining with and myself were restaurant managers for many yrs along with that, we used to frequent Benihana and have Hiro cook for us multiple times. Antonio wanted to learn what made Hiro so awesome. We shared those ideas and he was very acceptable to our ideas. I also asked him to use sesame seeds with his cooking and he was very accommodating for our request. His food was phenomenal! It was ine of our best dinners and experiences that we have had in a long time there. Thank you!

Out of nostalgia from childhood birthday special meals here we decided to revisit Benihana for a lunch bday. I rue the decision. It is not special.. at all. The staff tried & I appreciate them keeping a smile, being as efficient as possible but were terribly understaffed/overworked. The LUNCH took 2 hours (30 minutes to get seated after the reservation time, 15 minutes before we even had water). $9 for a basic beer (pass)?! The restaurant needs a complete redo & deep clean ~ it is thread bare and dirty feeling. Corporate should give all staff a raise (and bring in some more help for them). I felt sorry for them having to deal with the situation. We won't return.

We had a reservation at 7pm checked in at 6:53pm but we waited over an hour past the reservation time but as well I didn’t see my server as much so we didn’t get much refills.

Beware! The prices in the menu are deceiving and the servers withhold information and simply present you with an outrageous bill! I was prepared to way the $38 for Hibatchi steak meal that included rice, soup, shrimp app, and salad. I did not realize that the rice included is white steamed rice because when we ordered we were only given the option of vegetable fried rice or chicken fried rice which adds between $5-7 to your bill! Drink water because you will be charged $5 for Pepsi and $7 for lemonade. All of this for food that was meh in flavor and made two in our party sick to our stomachs later in the evening.

We had a great dinner with Chef Robert and Kylen out waiter. Only thing is the wait to get a table even though you make a reservation. Seems like they need to consolidate smaller reservations with other smaller reservations and update your reservation time accordingly. Food was good. App Shrimp a little over cooked but everything else great.

Benihana is always a crowd pleaser, great for celebrations and family dinners. It was just the two of us, but we sat with another couple whose company we thoroughly enjoyed. Our chef and server went out of their way to make it a fun experience as always.

Food was very good and service was great, except I had a reservation and still had to wait a short time. Prices for drinks were rather high, and it was a birthday celebration which was put on the reservation but was not acknowledged.

We had Diamond for a server. Very friendly. Anything we asked for she brought us immediately. Felipe was our Chef. He was very entertaining and everything tasted great

Had a perfect experience at Benihana. Everything was extremely efficient from start to finish. The food was exceptional, the chef was witty, and there was a lot of laughter. I couldn't have had a better birthday.

Made our reservation for 5:30 and was told to sit and wait. Waited at least 20 minutes to the point that we were ready to leave. This happens every time we go. We make a reservation and expected to be there on time, and forced to wait. We were on our way out to go somewhere else when they told us our table was ready. Once seated, Robert, our Chef, was amazing but the service was not up to par. We were seated in front of a blower that blew constant cold air on us and was quite noisy. I had to pull my hood up over my head because I was afraid I would get an ear infection it was blowing so much on me.

Food was poorly seasoned. Performance/ cooking was sloppy. I kept thinking, "man he's being wasteful." Very disappointed. I was so impressed with the one in Little Rock and looked forward to this one. It offered more at a higher price yet the quality was not on the same level. I would go back to the Little Rock location and try another location but I wouldn't go back here.

I am not sure I will ever go back to this location. This location’s service has plummeted. We had a reservation for 7pm but didn’t get seated to 7:45 and another 20 minutes before the server came over to take our order. I’ve been to several Benihana locations across the country and my kids love the food but this by far is the worst.

This was our second time to this location. Each time has now been equally terrible. Each time we have waited an hour (more the first time) to be seated despite having reservations. Each time we did not get at least 1 course of our 5 course meal. However each time we didn’t ask for it because we just wanted to leave. Altering being seated it was another hour for our chef to come over and prepare the food. Food was typical of Benihana and fine. Server the second time was on top of refills. First time we went we never got refills and they got our orders wrong. Overall, this place is brutal. I wanted to give them a second chance before reviewing but we will not be back.

It was just okay. I wouldn’t go back to this location. It felt very much like a 80’s restaurant. The bathrooms weren’t clean.

the cook spent so much time trying to make the onion volcano that he over cooked the shrimp, charred the zucchini. aside from that the server did a good job.

Service was absolutely terrible. Our chef was great other than the fact that he didn’t cut the fat off of my steak, which was disgusting when I went to eat it. But our server could not have been worse. Anytime somebody asked for something it was taking so long to get and she would never come back to the table to check on us even when we asked for her several different times. everybody was left without drinks because she never returned to do refills. Her attitude was like she would’ve rather have been somewhere else which is probably why the service was so bad. But it was literally the worst experience I’ve had there and I’ve been going there for 25 years. We’ve had some pretty bad experiences with service, but this was the absolute worst

I reserved for 9pm and was seated around 9:30 but the chef didn’t begin cooking till around 10:45. The server only refilled our water on once and because they closed at 11 we felt like we were being rushed to eat. I do not recommend. Service 0/10, food 5/10.

Food was delicious as always . However our service was awful. We waited patiently for appetizers that took over an hour. Had to remind server and manager both to put in for our appetizers. Server forgot to bring back refills after being asked multiple times . Food order was rang in wrong. Also forgot to bring a dessert to me. Used to be my favorite place to eat. Has definitely changed. I was disappointed in service but I will most likely return due to how wonderful the food is

They were short staffed and while I never consider a meal at Benihana’s to be quick, this was very slow. Also, my sister and I ordered the 6 course meal and we were not offered the ice cream or hot tea that was supposed to come with it. We asked first the tea and they brought it, but no ice cream, although to be honest I was too full to eat it anyway and the kids were falling asleep in their chairs.

Service sucked and server was very rude. Basically only good thing about my family’s dinner was that the food was good. Definitely wouldn’t dine in at this location ever again.

We were not served our drinks until halfway through our meal, after we asked twice. I ordered white rice and was not given it until the chef was packing up to leave and again had to ask for it twice. Food was good.

Sat us in a side room with one other table . It felt like we were eating in a closet there’s was no ambience. It was my boyfriend‘s birthday in my granddaughter’s first time there and I wanted her to get the full experience. The room was in need of repair there was no heat on or at least it felt like that, so there was a cold rush of air coming in the room, the whole night up against your back, and you could hardly sit and enjoy your food, the restaurant looked rundown and big heater units everywhere . The restaurant itself looks like it needs some work and a little rundown. The food was good but all in all wasn’t the Benihana experience I wanted to give to them

Despite having a reservation, we waited an hour before the chef even showed up at our table. When he did, the grill had not been turned on so he couldn’t begin cooking until it heated up. By this time we were all angry and ready to leave. The restaurant does not appear to have been well kept and seemed dirty. Our food was so so. This was our daughter’s 16th birthday dinner so it was truly a disappointment. The manager gave us a discount but the evening was not what we expected nor was it acceptable for a more than $300 bill.

We had a 630 reservation and had to wait to be seated while my sister parked her car. Others with no reservations were seated ahead of us and ended being served before us as well. Our waitress that took our order made mistakes on two of the seven orders. We were served our soup and salad and then waited 40 minutes until our chef showed up because they were helping the two other tables that got seated ahead of us. I had to check with the manager!! Other than the chef having to run back and get the correct entree on the two orders that were incorrect, he did a good job and was very nice. The food was good, a little heavy on the garlic. We had a rotating group of servers for our drinks and paying the bills. All in all, it was not what I had expected. Yes, you get a large serving of food for the price, but it was still expensive for Teriyaki type entrees. I'll probably not return.

Food and service was great. Location is just feeling a bit tired. It has been there for as long as I can remember, and I am 51.

We arrived 10 minutes early for a reservation, reserved a week ahead of time and waited an hour and a half. We were asked to wait in a lounge that only had a few chairs. People were sitting at the bar without ordering drinks so you had to squeeze in the bar to order and the drinks were extremely expensive, even to get kids drinks. Once we were finally sat the food was ok but insanely expensive. The waitress, bartender and chef were all great. The atmosphere was sketchy at best with security at the front. If you haven’t been here in a while, stay away. Go for Fuji house

Had reservations for 6:15 and didn't get seated until 7:30. Food was good but overpriced.
