we did not enjoy the food. the food was bland, the portions do not match the pricing. and to top it off we are both sick with upset stomachs and frequent bathroom visits the following morning .. no more for us

We have been to Benihana many times and have always enjoyed it. Our server was good but the chef seemed to be very new. He only did one trick which was the train with no sound effects. Other than that he just cooked the food and left. We asked for a manager twice and he never came to the table to check on us. There were several children at the table and often that is the best part of coming to Benihana is the entertainment. For the price we paid, we felt like this visit fell very flat and was disappointed that a manager when asked twice couldn't even check on us.

Food and service were very good. The only drawback was that the person sitting at the end of a table is too close to the food tray that the chef from the next table uses - I was within a few inches or a foot of the raw meats and food in the cart for the next table. There should be more space between the tables or at least between the food carts and the chairs

We went here for Mother’s Day, the manager was very nice. Our waiter was excellent, great personality very fast with the food and drinks, his name is Jabori. Our chef was Dol, he was excellent did new tricks with the food. The food was delicious Two Thumbs up🔥🔥🔥🔥

The waitress was professional and efficient with a great smile. Chef cooked lobster to desired texture. Requested that lobster not be over cooked. Waitress reminded chef of the request. Unfortunately, the onions were over cooked with a deep brown appearance. The fried rice didn't appear fresh and was over cooked. Rice bowls appeared larger than days of old - more rice less proteins and vegetables I g guess? The sauces were tastier than prior visits I wish the hands of time could be turned back when Benihana greatly exceeded expectations. Large portions and more value for the dollar. With each visit pricing becomes more inflated. I'm sure it's a way to provide larger lobster tails and filet mignon steaks without "gouging" the consumer on pricing! I was disasppointed with the spicy tuna roll that was not slices of tuna but a substitute of minced tuna. Two guests at the table ordered the yellowtail sashimi and yellowtail rolls which were delicious. The chef was friendly but Benihana needs to train cooks on different "stunts/presentations". Being a guest for over 40yrs, the antics have become outdated and boring!! For some reason, this visit was "rushed". I remember dining at your establishments in New York, Orlando and Bethesda without feeling my meal should be quickly consumed without savoring the moment. Overall, it was enjoyable to be at the restaurant with family. Maybe not on a pre-Mother's Day Saturday. I'll remember the dishes to avoid and to insist that the cook prepare the food to my discriminating taste, sic! May I recommend again that the portions become somewhat larger and pricing stable to increase my visits.

Just bad and pricy. Tons of garlic to masquerade bad taste. Surprise costs. They are slick. Be careful

Their food is consistently delicious, with generous portions and varieties. Our server Jabari was courteous and very attentive to our needs and our food arrived quickly.
