    Needs to be renovated, very dated and dingy. Made a reservation for my daughter’s bday for 6pm and was not sat until 6:30ish. Our server and chef were great but other than that it was terrible. Took way too long for everything except the chef cooking once he arrived. I kneeled on the rug to use a chair to cut my daughter’s cake since no room on table and my jeans got stained with grease, disgusting. We will not return and will warn others.

    This was the worst experience I have ever had from the dining, service, wait time, food, Waiter etc. it definitely was not a good birthday dinner and I will likely go to another restaurant next time to celebrate.

    We waited for over 2 hours before the cook came to our table. We watched other tables, who were seated after us get service and food before we did. When the manage finally came over was very rude and dismissive. It got so late a child who was celebrating her birthday had to leave. One parent stayed behind so that he could get the food to go. It was very disappointing to watch her cry.

    wait time was 3 hours before seated, we had a ton of babies under 5 that was extremely hungry and aggravated for waiting so long just to be seated and after seated it was and additional 45 mins before the cooked arrived so we was getting around 12:30 with kids that have school in the morning didn’t make it home stil 2 in that morning this is so foul this place needs to be closed down

    Reservations at 3, seated at 4:45. 6 course meal only received 5 courses. Food was bland and the chef dropped things, didn’t interact and was not entertaining. Upcharges everywhere; rice, noodles why? Fountain drinks were watery and were flat. Won’t be back☹️

    This Benihana’s is horrible. This Benihana’s is managed very poorly. Our reservation was at 9:00. We did not sit down until 10:00. We then had to wait another 30 minutes before our orders were taken. We sat there until 11::15 and still had not received our drinks let alone seen our server. We then proceeded to leave. There were people still waiting to be served that was seat prior to us. The cooks are horrible. They have gotten away from the tradition Benihana’s is know for. This was an overall horrible experience. Will not be back!

    Food was tasty, but not a good Benihana service experience: 1. Took 45min after we sat down to get our drinks (mostly non-alcoholic) 2. The Saki bottle we ordered was served in a cocktail glass with a straw. Sent back and then served properly. 4. The food was tasty and definitely entertained our son for his bday. But seemed like he was told to hurry up, since the restaurant seemed to be totally backed up. He said he was going to do a lot more up front, but ended up not doing any of the classic tricks you’d expect and that we saw at other tables.

    Malachi was an amazing Chef! The food was really good and I was entertained. Everything did come out slow once sat, but Malachi made up for it!
