We arrived on time for our 7:15 reservations and we were not seated until almost 8. The experience didn't improve. We waited forever to get everything drinks, place our food order, and to get our entrees. Our waitress was very nice, perhaps she was overwhelmed but service was just too slow. The Chef (the Champ) was very energetic, but he let the 'show' get in the way of getting the food on a timely manner. We literally received our entree one item at a time -- rice then wait 10 minutes, zucchini, then wait again, then shrimp, steak, chicken and onions -- in piecemeal. The chef also was way too liberal with the seasoning -- too much salt, pepper, and way too much butter on everything. Our family has been coming to Benihana for decades and this was the worst experience. In terms of value, the portions have greatly reduced while the price is up. For a little more, we could have gone to Capital Grille and had a consistent and wonderful meal. We will not be back.

We had reservations for 6pm, well we didn’t get a chef until AFTER my friend asked for a manager. The manager was unaware that a chef did not come to our table by this time we have seen people get seated AFTER us & get a chef! It’s now after 7:30pm when the manager apologizes & we finally get a chef. The waitress stated she didn’t know she had a table so basically we were skipped a few times even the CHEF talked about how it works when then complete a table & get ready for the next. We had a birthday girl there turning 5yo asking the chef for the BIG “fire” he says no he will get in trouble mind you all the other chefs on the floor did this process it’s not the same as the “volcano “. Then I never received my rice with my meal & the waiters says she can get it now.. um no we are about to leave now! Everyone at our table end up getting a mgr percent discount & ours was $3.14 lol AT 1st but change.. still unacceptable! What’s the point of having a reservation when we don’t get to eat until 2 hrs later. Everyone else at the table walked in. Someone definitely dropped the ball!

Do not go to this location. The staff is extremely rude. The restaurant is absolutely disgustingly dirty. The chef doesn’t do any of the fun tricks. The staff is rude. I did not feel safe in the parking lot.

Made a reservation and came for lunch. It wasn’t crowded however they only sat adjoined tables resulting in over an hour long wait for food because they couldn’t start cooking until the other table had finished. It took 20 minutes after we were seated to even receive water and another 20 for soups/salads to come out. The service was poor, they just kept seating tables but not informing us of the wait time nor checking on us. I’ve never waited this long to be served at a hibachi restaurant.

Terrible service, unclean bathrooms, no children menu, chef unenthusiastic….overall not worth the price for the quality of service and ambiance.

It took an hour from being seated until the chef came to the table. We spent 2.5 hours in the restaurant and that’s with us rushing to get a check to leave. Very disappointing

We were seated 25 minutes after our reservation time. Once seated, it took another 30 minutes to place our drink order. Plan to be there over two hours even with a reservation. The food was good but the service is so slow it’s frustrating.

Our reservation was scheduled for 7:00pm and we did not get seated until 8:23pm. When we got seated the waitress came took our order and we had ordered raspberry lemonade, The waitress brought back passion fruit lemonade. She said they did not have raspberry lemonade, so she brought back the passion fruit lemonade which we did not ask for and did not like. The cook finally came about 9:00pm and he was the worst. They were 2 ladies and 2 children sitting at the table and they got up and left after she specifically told the chef no eggs and she wanted chicken in the rice. The chef gave her rice with eggs and no chicken. The party of 4 got up and left. We had ordered chicken in our fried rice, so he made our rice separately. When our rice was done there was a little rice left over, he asks another lady sitting beside me did she want some and we felt that was rude because we are the ones that paid $13.00 for the chicken to be added in the rice. All she ordered was the salmon with regular fried rice. The chef cooked her salmon at exactly 10:45pm, and the lady got it to go since it was cooked so late. This was a very bad experience. Benihana's always had good service but not this time!

Long wait times. Reservation doesn’t matter here. Food was bland and overpriced. Host was very helpful.
