    The place is changing in different ways. The chef didn't have many tricks but was cracking jokes which I appreciated. The waiter would disappear for extended periods of time, to the point that the chef on two occasions could not find him and had to leave to get things for the table.

    Mama K is awesome! Also want to give props to the first female chef we’ve ever had. We’ve been visiting Benihana for 30 years!

    Our server was absent. She took our drink order and never came back seem like she was trying to rush through our service like she had something else to do. Cook was fairly new so we cut the chicken up. I had big huge pieces of chicken they were cut real funky almost if a child was going to eat them they could choke on it how big they were. It was as soon as he was done cooking I was already ready to box my food up and go and our server had an attitude. Also, the server walks up to the table because I had to get another server to answer a question for me because she never came back to our table so when she came to our table, she stood in the middle of the table and was yelling at the shelf what seems to be the problem you have a problem with the rice order and I had to like waive my hand and tell her no it’s not him With the problem. I’m the one with the problem was making a scene very unprofessional. Don’t know where they found her at Customer service has went out the door now the hostess, beautiful, good vibes, nice spirit, but our server it was a no for me

    As always, Beni is one of the best places to enjoy a great meal with coworkers for lunch or with friends and family for a great dinner. I decided to try the noodles and was pleased with the choice.

    we were not seated until about 45 after or reservation and a chef did not come to our table until about 30 minutes after seating . other tables sat after us were already given chefs. reservation was at 8 we did not get anything on our plates until after 10 o clock . extremely disappointed

    My bday experience was not good the chef was boring and showed no interest at all he did no trick as well as he made my guess serve there selves now I always have a greaaat experience here but by far this was the worst

    Outstanding service from entering into the establishment to table service. I highly recommend this Benihana. I’m a frequent Alpharetta guest but this Atlanta Benihana superseds Alpharetta. Please ask for Momma K and chef Oludare if you want to experience top notch service. Chef Oludare is an amazing, personable chef. We will definitely be back soon!

    It was packed and understaffed. Reservations for 730pm, got seated after 8pm, whole table was ready to order all once seated (drinks/food) cook didn’t come to our table at 922pm and still wasn’t ready he didn’t have everything, he had to keep going back to the kitchen
