Bienvenue chez Benihaba, un restaurant qui vous propose une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Ici, les clients sont tous rassemblés autour de la même table pour un moment de convivialité pendant que le chef vous offre un spectacle de Teppanyaki. Vous en prendrez plein la vue ! L’art ancien japonais du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante) n’aura plus de secrets pour vous. Il vous restera à faire votre choix parmi la diversité des mets proposés (boeuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.). Vous pourrez également vous régaler de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous délecter avec un cocktail de spécialité. Situé au cœur du royaume du divertissement à Orange County, Benihana Anaheim se trouve à 10 minutes de Disneyland, de California Adventure, du Centre des Conventions d'Anaheim et à 5 minutes de l'Angel Stadium. Le restaurant dispose de 22 tables teppanyaki dont deux cabines privées, ainsi que d'un salon rénové et d'un sushi bar confortable.     Our reservation was at 1:15 pm and we waited until 2 pm to get seated. We sat down and the hostess gave us menus and waited for another 15 minutes. No water, no drink order or anything. We watched another table have to get out of their seats so the chef could push his cart through because of the lack of space. How this isn’t a fire hazard i don’t know especially with the amount of fire they use. We left because one of my parents was feeling faint, they then asked as we were walking out the door if we wanted a soda or something but it was too late, i had to get my diabetic parent some sugar quick. Benihanas used to be a great place. How the mighty have fallen. They asked on my way out if i wanted to talk to a manager. It’s not about money or store credit, at that point it’s about a persons health. They ruined my son’s graduation lunch. I will not come here again.

    Our server Mandy was great and the chef was great also. I understand that there was a lot of graduations going on and i would of been understanding if someone had reached out prior to us driving to have dinner. I had reservations at 8:45 and was not sat down until 10pm i have two children that were fussy and the fact that no manager even bothered to check around at the tables to make sure there was no issue or simply hey sorry about the long wait time and offer a discount or even an appetizer on the house. The food there is not cheap and to wait that long with kids to have dinner at almost 11pm is ridiculous!!!

    We had an EXCEPTIONAL server this time… but, as always, food was delicious, entertainment was great & we all left feeling satisfied & happy. Cocktails are always DELICIOUS! Excellent double graduation celebration with our party of 9!! Thank you!

    Quilck to be seated, but service and food delivery exceptionally slow. No green tea ice cream and no special birthday treat song or photo.

    I recently had an outstanding dining experience at Benihana. From the moment we were seated, our server was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She truly made us feel welcome and taken care of. The chef was incredibly entertaining and energetic, making the meal not just delicious but also a fun and engaging experience. His skillful cooking and lively performance added a special touch to our night. Overall, the combination of excellent service and an entertaining chef made our visit to Benihana memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable dining experience.

    The experience was subpar. We had an reservation but have to wait 30 additional minutes. Once we sat drink sword were taken. It took an additional 15 minutes before Jose the chef arrived compared to the other set up. Our was very quiet session with not much interaction which was what I was looking forward to for my kids to experience for the price that is being charged. The food was subpar, simply added a lot of butter and garlic to enhance the flavors; grilling the onions, zucchini, mushroom, piece of chicken breast, and some shrimp.  I wouldn’t be coming back here specially with paying $270+ for party of four.

    I ordered the twin lobster tails and scallops. Food was great, server ignored us most of the time. Well she started a conversation with someone from the table and ignored everyone after that. We ordered hot sauce and it never came, we had a birthday on the table and no one sang happy birthday. Will not be returning to this location.

    This was my second time here, we got Tony as our chef again and he’s great! Food was a little salty today. I was drinking so much water I got full after the appetizers. But oh well no big deal, I think they just get carried away sometimes as they’re trying to entertain and cook simultaneously. We came because I wanted to redeem my $30off bday reward. I called ahead of time to ensure the policy & that I’d be able to use it. She even confirmed with a manager so we came in. Only to be disappointed at time of check out that I couldn’t use my voucher. And that “we’ve been having trouble with our birthday rewards”……like okkk?.. so what y’all gonna do about that cause we just talked about this confirming it before we came in. It’s just such a terrible excuse. Don’t let your customers know you’re having trouble with something without having a solution it just looks really bad. That was just soo disappointing. So if you’re coming here with a birthday reward, check and make sure they’re gonna let you redeem it before getting seated. I learned my lesson. I really wish I would’ve checked AGAIN before getting seated because otherwise we could’ve easily ate somewhere else. Pointless birthday reward.
