Great ideas often occur in the most comfortable of settings and Bellinis is no exception. With that in mind, in 2008 after discussing ideas over a bottle (or 2) of wine, the concept of Bellinis was formed. Come see why "Life is Sweet" at our place. Relax and enjoy your own glass of wine among friends and see where your discussions take you. At Bellinis OUR Passion is YOUR Food and YOUR Service.

Bellini's features 100% Prime Organic Beef, housemade pastas, veal, seafood and classic Tuscan Italian dishes. Bellini's maintains an extensive wine selection and weekly desert specials. Our bar opens weekdays at 4pm for drinks and dinner service begins at 5pm Monday to Saturday.

We have two private dining areas available for large parties. Our private dining room accommodates 20 to 25 patrons and features a 48" TV with audio visual capabilities. Our Intimate Dining room accommodates 10 to 15 patrons. Reservations are suggested.

As always every aspect of our dining experience was excellent. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was very impressive to our guest who was eating there for the first time, and John, our waiter was as always, great and attentive. Bellinis has become our “go to” for special occasions!

Our first time here, but definitely not our last. White lasagna was perfection. Bread pudding was some of the best I’ve had. Service was fantastic.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Birmingham. Food is always good and the staff is wonderful. Specials are offered all during the week and their white chocolate bread pudding is the best.

I’ve dined here a number of times but this was unfortunately the worst of them. My cocktail was mostly syrup and undrinkable and two of our food orders were incorrect. Our server was kind and helpful in trying to correct the issues but in the end our party left disappointed and unsatisfied. We recognize that this was likely just an off day for this establishment as all other times we’ve dined here have been fantastic.

The service was outstanding, especially considering it was Mother's Day! I had grouper Piccata over linguini. It was delicious. My husband had Fettuccini Alfredo. It was rich and creamy and cheesy. We have been to Bellini's several times and it does not disappoint.

Chicken piccata- noodles seemed like they were not drained. Soggy. Still wet Grilled salad - cheese overpowering Chef special- salmon, shrimp , orzo. Needed some seasoning. Very basic not memorable for a “ Special “ White lasagna was great !

First visit to Bellini's and we loved it. Our waiter Chaz was attentive without being intrusive. My wife had the scallops and I had the gulf grouper. Both dishes were cooked perfectly and delicious.

Our first time was great. My husband had the grouper and I had the veggie manicotti. Both were very good. Bread and salad were excellent. Scott was a superb waiter! We will definitely be going back soon. So many delicious entrees to try!

Visiting Birmingham for Indy race and kid’s birthday. He ordered the Chicken Alfredo was great and the his White Chocolate Bread Pudding was amazingly delicious. Appetizer of 2 meatballs was also very good, but only 2 is odd. Originally ordered the Veal parmigiana but was told they were out. Disappointing, but I unfortunately ordered the Ribeye which was awful, probably the worst I have ever had, and really believe is was the quality/cut of meat. This was overly fatty, steak was entirely too thin and cook was more rare than med. rare with plenty of tendons to cut thru, perplexing. No, didn’t send back because wasn’t complaining for his birthday, but really an awful steak, especially for a ridiculous $50. I should have selected a pasta to play it safe. I’ll be back to BHM soon, so will likely try Bellini’s again, but will play it safe with a pasta dish. Well maybe, the place is a bit overpriced for quantity, but we’ll see what other Italian Birmingham has to offer first.

Only negative comment was service was inconsistent. Had to ask for lemon for our water three times. Ordered an appetizer that server recommended but server forgot to order !

The food was fantastic! But at the premium price, the service was not up to par. 1 star here. Jennifer S. Was actually curt/rude when we asked questions about the menu. We were not offered drinks when we sat down. Then our drink glasses ran empty, with no offer to refill. She got the checks mixed up too but we settled that among ourselves because getting her attention and asking her to fix it was expected to be unpleasant based on the rest of the evening. This was not the experience we were hoping for, but the food was very good so, there is that.

From the time we were greeted by the hostess, to London’s great service, and to the amazing food served, and everything in between. Bellini’s provided one of the best dining experiences we’ve had at any restaurant. Next time we are in Birmingham, we will definitely comeback.

There were a lot of choices on the menu- everyone should be able to find something. The food was excellent- best shrimp & grits that I’ve ever had. Our server Brad was very helpful with suggestions and did a great job.

Second time in a month! Had to bring more people with me this time! Every single thing we ordered was an experience and cooked perfectly! This place is such a gem!! I can not recommend highly enough for a special evening, birthdays, anniversaries, just a happy day! This place is so special.

Our meal was outstanding ! We had the lasagna and shrimp scampi. Amazing flavor and presentation ! Our server, Scott took care of us and was always available to meet our needs. Bellini’s has become our go to restaurant for date night! What a gem in North Shelby!

Everything was delightful! The night was an experience not just a good meal! From the hello to the goodbye, everything was superb! We can not wait to go back! Everything we ordered was made perfectly and served much quicker than we expected based on how busy the restaurant was. Can not reccomend enough! 10/10

We’ve been going to Bellini’s since 2014 but we hadn’t been in a few years. We had forgotten how good it was! The bread and olive oil was good, and both of our entrees were delicious. The white chocolate bread pudding there is our favorite dessert anywhere. We can’t wait to go back it won’t be so long this time.

The food and ambiance were exquisite! The lasagna was the most delicious I’ve tasted and the portions were generous. We were amazed by the rich depth of balanced flavors in each course.

This is one of Birmingham's Best hidden spot to be on your first date or date night out because they offer "Outstanding" service, food, and drinks. Can't forget the warm, romantic, and cozy atmosphere💕 and their white chocolate bread pudding. Would recommend giving it a try and judge for yourself. Latonya Smith
