My friend was served a drink with a bug in it! This was so disappointing and she was trying not to make a fuss because we were trying to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Food wasn’t great. We won’t be returning.

Poor service, hostess was not friendly at all and our server took a long time to get to our table, no bread was served at all as they usually do and once she took our order never checked on us although she passed by our table several times to serve water to the other tables completely ignoring the fact that our glasses were also empty, she waited until I paid the bill to ask if we want it more water and tried to be friendly by giving us a story on how short staff they were all day lol too late to try justify the poor service they provided. Very disappointed.

Checked their menu online totally different than the one they have in the dinning room. Asked the waitress about it and said that they technical issues on the website. Misleading their customers. Never go back again.

Food was not hot when received, needed to wait another 20/25 minutes to receive dish back. By then was not hungry after eating bread and appetizer. Took home food to go.

Came here for Mother's Day surprisingly not very busy. The service was just ok had to sit around for 10 min before we even got offered water. It took our sever a while to see us. The food was very basic. Nothing special the lasagna was super salty and I couldn't even get through half of it. The bread though we asked twice was brought by our bus boy after mentioning a third time once the food had arrived. Definitely not an experience that would encourage me to come back.

Poor quality food & very slow service. The hostess and busser were great, but an overall bad experience.

This place is horrible! How do bring cold spaghetti to the table! Waitress Kitty was missing in action! No refills waited an hour and 30 mins for our meal! Kitty went on break and ate before us. Desert horrible had so much cocoa on the cake almost chocked my niece. Kitty stated sorry it’s taking so long and offered cheese and peppers and bread which we NEVER received! Don’t waste your time! The manager is clueless and admitted our food was sitting on the line 20 minutes before someone picked it up!!!!

I love going out to eat, normally when I write my food allergies in the comments when i make the reservation, the waiter is informed. She was not. Sad. She did her best however, there still was a disconnect. I broke out in blisters after my meal here. Had to cancel my reservation for my dinner and stay in my hotel room for the night. My birthday/mother's day weekend was ruined. Not happy. We even waited over an hour for our meal at lunch, before they were busy. They just didn't care.

Worst service. Waited an hour for our food to come out. Perfect setting and food was so so. Staff needs to step it up.

They ask and serve our drinks The waitress avoided our table several times Finally they came to ask what we wanted to order. They denied several items from their menu making up random weird rules. They made us wait a very long time we saw them hand out little bread to other tables. when we ask politely like everyone else they told us we had to wait ten minutes and they would bring us some they never did. They serve the bread to everyone else. Finally after waiting a long time they bring our food soggy like it had been sitting a while. Our waitress Katelyn never acknowledged us again. When we finished our food and we had to ask to see if someone could charges us. They made us wait another 15 minutes and made it difficult to even pay them. The made us feel unwelcome. I just wanted to have a nice Mother’s Day with my mom. I can’t recommend this place it felt hostile
