This was our 4th time at this location. We had to wait 15 minutes for our table. Our plates were never cleared and we only got one round of drinks because no one checked in on us. Normally this is our favorite place as the food is great, the price is good and it's an all around good time but the service this time was poor. We will still go back because it's good but this was the first time the service was subpar.

I have the same Server each time at the HighTops and he is consistently OUTSTANDING! Enlightened Caesar Salad with Salmon is delicious.

Food took a long time for 2 salads and fries. Fries were warm but not hot. Salads had too much dressing on it and hardly any pear slices. The waiter brought us more. I had wanted ham and cheese croissant but they were out. For the price and time it took wouldn’t go back.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Chicago. It never disappoints. I had great service and the meal was delicious.

I have a permanent request in Opentable that we are not placed near service or kitchen entrances due to a hearing issue. Of course we were sat at a table right by the kitchen and service area where all through my meal all I could hear was clanking dishes and zero conversation. At the time of seating so asked if we could move elsewhere and the hostess said no it was the only table.

A lot of variety on theunch menu, my favorite is the Hot Honey Fried Chicken sandwich and my wife loves the Tuurkey Dip sandwich. Tried the Guacamole appetizer, it was delicious. Some of the nacho chips I've ever tasted.

Had a great Sunday evening family dinner for 3: Straight "A" salad, Caesar Salad, guacamole (really good!) starters, boneless fried chicken entree, and chocolate cake, cinnamon roll, and crunch roll desserts. Service was a bit slow, but a pleasant atmosphere. Family dinner was a good value.

I came after making a reservation for one on a Saturday late morning. I was seated in the bar, which was fine, and promptly waited in. I ordered the breakfast burrito, which was tasty and served with a side of salsa. I also ordered hashbrowns which never came and got a dish of fruit instead. The manager, Doug, was very apologetic, and comped me the most heavenly chocolate chip cookie I think I’ve ever had!

Perfect stop if you are visiting for a work trip, but want to experience a small feel coffee shop with an upscale vibe. Our server was great and understood we were in a time crunch and made sure everything came out in a timely manner. She recommended the avocado toast and I'm so glad she did. Don't forget to try the Cinnamon Apple Matcha. You can thank me later!

The food was good but service and overall dining experience was lacking. It was 4:00 on a Monday afternoon and the place was empty. They tried to seat my family of 5 at a table for 4 right next to, and nearly in the kitchen. They over charged us for the kids menu and the waitress never came back to check on us. I’m not sure I’ll be dining here again soon.

The waitress was so kind to us and answered any questions readily. My nephew said the bacon egg and cheese sandwich was the best thing he's ever eaten. Thanks for giving them a good meal and good service.

Host stand staff was unnecessary dismissive of several parties who had reservations. Food at this location was not great, eggs runny and service seemed rushed. Small things like salt and pepper were not on the table nor were they offered. Looks like this location may be understaffed. We usually enjoy the other Beatrix locations (west loop and river north) this one may need some team training to step up service.

Food was okay. The place wasn’t crowded but we were first given a table very close to another party that were just seated. We asked and got a different table but hostess was not happy with our request and showed it. We ordered burgers and the fries were stale. We did get fresh fries but it took a while , I was long done with my burger before the fries arrived. I used to enjoy going to Beatrix but it’s not as good as it was just 6 months ago.

Lively, fun place! Excellent, knowledgeable service, very pleased with the cocktails and food. Good prices too for what you get. Chicken parm dish, chicken tacos and mushroom burger all 10’s!

Initial welcome by the host was a bit gruff, but everything improved from there. Our waiter was friendly and efficient; the brunch food was excellent with very good coffee. I would be happy to return.
