Brunch will start with a Glass of One of Our Local Craft Beers, or a Glass of Champagne, Mimosa, Orange Juice, Soda or Coffee. Then enjoy our World-Famous Beignets and Ambrosia. We went here to celebrate a special occasion. Everything was perfect from the scenery to the food and especially the service. Cocktails were excellent. We all ordered the special for the day, sea bass. That was definitely one of the best prepared sea bass dishes I have ever had. The sauce was incredible. I will definitely be coming back and recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a romantic environment with excellent food.

You can’t beat the location. Something about being right on the beach makes it all good. Blood orange margarita was yummy The grilled shrimp tacos were the best I’ve ever had and included a small green salad with a delicious lemon dressing. The grilled artichoke appetizer came out quickly and was a great share.

We love the Beachcomber!!! Drive in from Rancho Cucamonga, it's one of our favorite spots. Excellent food and service... of course the view is perfect!!!

Beachcomber is one of my favorite restaurants for breakfast… And once again it did not disappoint. The brioche French toast was amazing and my friend had the steak Chilaquiles and the presentation was beautiful and she said they tasted wonderful. So once again, it did not disappoint and of course we will be back!

The Beachcomber is always a wonderful place to enjoy a fine dinner. It sits on the beach of Crystal Cove at the eastern end of Newport Beach. On a clear day, which it sadly was not, the view is spectacular. Even on a grey afternoon, it is still a very pleasant spot. Most tables are on the deck in front of the historic cabin that is now the restaurant. They have recently added roll-down clear panels which block the wind and rain, but do not help the ambiance on a cool, cloudy day. Service is always first rate. Quick and friendly, but not intrusive, service was excellent. I had the salmon stuffed with blue crab on a bed of mushrooms and steamed vegetables. It was grilled perfectly, both moist and tender. Everything was delicious. Expect dinner to run $50-60 per person... more with some of the more expensive wines and desert. While a place for a special dinner, it was worth it!

I hesitate to leave a review because I feel like this is our family’s little secret but simply put this is the best restaurant in Newport and maybe all of Orange County. From the setting on the shores of the ocean to the incredible wait staff, Beachcomber Cafe is A++! Throw in the amazing food then you have a combination for the best experience you will ever have at a restaurant.

The beignets were the best I’ve ever had. Our server Oscar was outstanding. Great service, attentive and very accommodating. I wish it wasn’t so hard to get reservations. Otherwise, I would be there all the time since I only live 5 miles away

Male host at checkin desk represents Beachcomber Cafe in a very unprofessional manner. He was rude and made the beginning of our visit off to a bad start. It's been a year since we've been there. Not worth the hassle of distant parking to get there, then being greeted harshly. Unacceptable.

Haven't been to the Beachcomber is a long time so it was nice to spend my birthday there. We went for a late lunch/early dinner. Location is always great. Food was good. Alexis, our server, was GREAT!

Spectacular ocean view and right on the sand. Food was surprisingly great! The calamari appetizer was delicious and my cheeseburger was so good. I couldn't ask for a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
