Poor service and bad pacing from the staff, went 60 minutes in between a light bite and the steak entree. We ordered the Black Angus wagyu, waiter served the steak and then described it as every bite tastes like bacon. Bacon is great, describing the flavor profile of a $200 steak as tastes like bacon is not. And you know what, they were right, it pretty much tasted like bacon and that was it. There’s a lot of great steak options in Las Vegas for a lot less, there’s a lot of great bacon options in Las Vegas for a lot less. There’s a lot of great restaurants in Las Vegas that provide a better experience.

Amazing experience. Food was delicious. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and they were able to accommodate very well. Sunday was our waiter and he was incredible.

Wish I could say the experience was better. Unfortunately, we were all underwhelmed. Servers and staff were not friendly and hard to get anyone’s attention. Food is not even worth writing about. Basic.

We brought my in-laws here to celebrate their birthdays and had the most amazing dinner! Every bite was absolutely delicious, and the service was hands down the best we’ve ever had! Elias was outstanding! Thanks so much for everything! We’ll definitely be back!

Hostesses couldn’t be bothered to find us in the bar when our table was ready and sent a text instead and then seemed to give away our table as we were actually enjoying conversing instead of sitting on our phones as they seemed to expect. Only one bartender seemed interested in serving or speaking to us as a group of women - they seemed to prefer serving groups of men. Our waiter could only point out the heading of each of the sections of the menu but provide no insight as to what we might enjoy based on our interests. Such a shame to experience such mediocrity after all of the wonderful Jose Andres restaurants we patronize in DC. Only compliment - small plates were creative and interesting.

We opted to order our meal ala carte rather than a tasting menu. If you feel confident in what you like, may I suggest this. Service was INCREDIBLE. So fun. Bring back the som who knows about natural wines.

Their website says 24 hours notice for a whole suckling pig. It does not require notice for a quarter pig. I gave them more than 24 hours for a quarter suckling pig. I was told it would feed 2 to 5 people. When I arrived, I was told they ran out. I was not pleased. Then they claimed they found a quarter. What I got was a small piece of the middle, above the tail. They charged me $180 for it. The quantity was enough for 1.5 people. No ham, no shoulder, no loin, no pork belly, no partial rack, and no secreto. A little skin (including the tail), lots of fat, and a little meat. Definitely not what I expected. Note: I have had suckling pig in Segovia and Madrid, so not new to this. Also, the website that open table links you to for their menu is outdated. I ordered 2 things that were no longer being offered and one thing that was mis-described. My friends got the tasting menus. It was just “good” at over $200 per person plus drinks etc. they give you some slices of a steak as the main course. Not a whole steak per person, just some slices. Overall, a disappointment.

Phenomenal. Excellent food. Sunday was exceptional; he gave wonderful recommendations and was hospitable the entire night. This was a memorable and very high quality dining experience. José Andres restaurants never disappoint!

We had an amazing experience at Bazaar Meat and enjoyed the entire multi hour night of feasting- the tasting menu was fantastic and inventive and the service outstanding ! Big kudos to Arnold our server and the team especially our Sommelier Theresa who led my group on an incredible journey with her tasting selections for the meal. Pricey yet extremely special and rare! A great place! Worthy of the hype & good reviews. A excellent ambiance and comfortable tables (not close). The food was outstanding and a nice spin on traditional steakhouses. We did the tasting menu and it was a treat. Our server, Sunday, was outstanding and helped make the night special. He helped pace everything very well and even got things to speed up at the end when we were ruining late for a show. Highly recommend!

The food here is amazing overall. The drinks were very different and fun. The atmosphere was much noisier than we would have expected for such an elegant restaurant, but tolerable. The real problem was the service. Both our head waiter and our sommelier were borderline rude. 1) We asked for steak med-rare to med and he said they cooked it on the lighter side so we ordered med. It was very rare and it took an hour and 15 minutes to produce this. When we pointed this out, the server just said "I told you so" and left. We finally had to go get another server to track him down so we could ask to get our meat cooked. This new cooking took only 10 minutes! Not sure what the hour thing was. This was much better and the steak was delicious, but the surrounding courses were cold by then. No offer to fix anything or apology for bringing food he must have known we would not like based on our discussion. 2) We also ordered wine and I asked the sommelier for a good wine for less than 100$. We discussed tastes and he said we don't have any wine you would like for that price. Wow. Finally, I just said ok, give me what you think is best for that price. He seemed to pick a random 95$ bottle. I asked if that was fruity and he said yes (not what I had said we wanted). Finally he pointed us to one that was only 85$ and not fruity, he said you won't like it! It was just fine (in my opinion), though it was served with curtness. Btw, I am a very experienced with wine. I think a big part of what you are paying high prices for is the service and on that basis, I would not recommend this place, but it probably depends on the servers you get. The food and cocktails were great.

We ordered caviar cones to start. They were very delicious and we enjoyed them immensely. Then Steak tartare. Always a pleasure to have. We got a skirt steak and a bone in Delmonico . Both were great. Skirt steak was tastier but the Delmonico melted in our mouths. The service was over the top. Definitely worth the price.

We did the tasting. There were a couple of weird things I didn’t love, but most of it I did. The tasting is a chance to see creativity try things you haven’t had. I’ve been three times and will keep going back.

I did the ultimate tasting experience with 6 friends and I think we all agreed that it was something that was interesting to do, but ultimately wasn’t worth it. The first half of the meal is playful and exciting with delicious little bites. But towards the end when the entrees come out it seemed like a completely different meal and ate much more like your average vegas steak house. Ribeye was tough and the final courses are so rich most of us left feel gross rather than delighted with the overall experience. Service was friendly but felt unremarkable given the price point. Ultimately Bazaar’s tasting menu is maybe something worth doing once if you have a special occasion, but it’s not something that I would generally recommend.

Atmosphere and service were excellent. Food was okay, rack of lamb was slightly undercooked and wasn't really the best I ever had but was decent. The sides were more enjoyable especially the potato puree. Prices were fair for most of the menu items.

Wow! What an amazing experience. So many great options to enjoy. We chose the Joses way tasting menu and it was insanely good. So many small plates to try it was hard to pinpoint just one favorite. My personal standouts were steak tartar sliders, the cured meat sampler with the absolutely delicious jamon iberica, the wagyu ribeye indescribable. Beautiful restaurant and casual but classy environment. Waitstaff was impeccable and very attentive. Finally we have done tasting menus all over and by far toward the top especially for the price and quality and quantity of food. Can’t wait to go back.

The ultimate tasting menu was a fantastic culinary journey that I can't recommend enough. Every course was amazing, with the capstone A5 Wagyu even better than my high expectations. The service was perfect, with knowledgeable servers and an attentive and helpful, but not pretentious sommelier. Everything was fantastic and can't wait to go back.

We didn’t decide until the moment we opened the menu that we would have the 11 course tasting menu. We had looked at the menu online numerous times and had made our choices prior to walking in. That all changed while we were seated next to the bar waiting for our table and saw the food being delivered to those at the bar. Every single course we had was unreal.
