La cuisine du Chef Darrel Truett se concentre sur les provinces italiennes du Nord comme le Piémont et la Toscane. First visit for Italian wine tasting event. Food was exceptional, the som very knowledgeable and engaging and the space was classy but fun. We will be back. A Denver jewel for sure.

This was at least my 8th visit to Barolo Grill. The service was absolutely excellent. From hostess to server to sommelier to manager; everyone was professional, helpful and had an amazing ability to describe everything about their food and drinks. The food was very good but the menu was limited and there weren't really the choices we expected. My menu selection was probably prepared splendidly but just didn't do much for me and my dining partners felt the same. The Spring Salad was the highlight of the meal. My previous meals through the years were extraordinary. The wine selection was wonderful and our waitress helped select the perfect Nebbiolo for the evening. I will continue to recommend Barolo Grill and look forward to my next trip to Denver and another visit to this fine restaurant.

The food was incredible, and the thought process that went into curating the 4 course menu option was superb. Our server, Missy, was the best!

All four of did the tasting menu which was incredible. You’re able to choose one item from 4 courses so our table was able to enjoy different things and wines which are also paired. The service was EXCELLENT & the food was superb.

Excellent all around. From the service (at the bar, thanks to the lady and guy in the lemon print shirt) to the food. Every dish we had was outstanding and we loved the wine recommendations. Also surprisingly reasonably priced for the level of food and wines!

If I could give more than five stars for service I would. The entire experience was amazing. We were treated like royalty and the food and wine pairings were out of this world. Thank you for an incredible evening!!

Excellent all around. Service was great. Summoner was very knowledgeable and guided our moderate wine budget very well. Food was outstanding and should be recognized with a Mechlin Star
