Bandeja Paisa Latin Restaurant is located in the Hunter�s Creek area of Orlando, Florida, just minutes from all the major attractions. The d�cor is simple and modern which is aesthetically pleasing as diners enjoy the Latin cuisine. Bandeja Paisa Latin Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.

The menu includes appetizers, salads, ceviche, entr�es, specialty dishes and desserts. A couple of popular starters are the yucca frita and the empanadillas. Two choices of ceviche are also a great way to begin the meal at Bandeja Paisa Latin Restaurant. The quinoa and salmon salad makes a splendid light meal. For the meal consider the signature dish named after the restaurant. Bandeja Paisa is a platter of char-grilled steak that is drizzled in the house chimichurri sauce. It has smoked chorizo, egg, avocado, sweet plantain, fried slab bacon, rice and beans � yes, it�s a huge platter!

Loved eating here. It was our first time. We are always on the look out for good authentic Colombian food. This one hit the mark.

We had the Chicharron for an appetizer which was absolutely delicious. The y were crispy and tender. We had cazuela de Frijoles and Bandeja Paisa as our mains. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted oh so good. The portions were very generous. Our server was very friendly and helpful. We finished our dinner off with tres leches and quesillo. It was our first time at this Colombian restaurant and we can’t wait to return!

Very nice place to eat if you’re very hungry and want to eat Columbian food . First time trying Columbian food and was a nice experience. Food was good.

This is a low-key , local place that does a great job with Latin American food (mostly Colombian). When we visited, we were the only anglos in the restaurant. Absolutely delicious food. Generous portions and excellent variety on the food menu. They have a limited drinks menu, but that doesn’t detract , really.

We really enjoyed our evening here. The food was very good, especially the steak. There was a little bit of a language issue with the server, so a couple of things weren't correct initially, but she made up for it in great attitude. A very good experience.

Great first taste of the food. Bright colors of the foods taste amazing. I had the shredded beef, wonderful first taste blast of flavor.

Last minute Birthday gathering for my family. Set up was not ready when we arrived. However, it was pretty empty and tables were put together quickly. Service and food were very good. Thank you!

Excellent service. Made sure we knew what we were ordering. Made sure everything was good and that we were doing ok. The restaurant was very pretty and the food was absolutely delicious.

The food and service were good, the very modern décor is not for a Colombian restaurant, also for a Colombian restaurant not to have Colombian beer is a sign that they do not take being a Colombian restaurant seriously.

The avocado dip and Spanish bananas yum! I had to get a extra order to go it was so good. The waiter recommended the mango juice , it was to die for, everything was fresh and delicious. Rice and beans. I will be back ,excellent food ,fresh, quality and price is right. Thank you Open Table that I found this gem.

This is quite the little gem! Our server, Cristina, was so very sweet, and the food was very good and plentiful. A pleasant surprise for a strip mall restaurant!

The food was okay, better on presentation than actual taste. The grilled chicken breast was too charred and the breaded chicken was crispy but needed flavor. The tostones appetizer with guacamole was pretty good and the spicy sauce with the empanadas was really good. They were out of the main soup of the day, Sancocho, at 3:00 pm. They forgot one of our entrees and they charge for additional beverages (canned). They were out of the tres leches dessert, but then made a new batch so we were able to order it, which was fluffy and tasty. The chocolate cake was really good but has nuts mixed in, beware of allergies. The waitress asked us to help her divide our ticket (we had four parties), which we gladly did by initialing each one and then adding everyone's totals. She did them incorrectly three times! We waited for over one hour and were ready to leave. Finally we just paid it so we could leave.

The reasons to visit Bendeja start with the food and service and end with the atmosphere. It's one of those cozy, friendly, little neighborhood places that we all remember used to be common before smart phones turned people into zombies. The staff is nice - they don't act nice or pretend to be nice, they ARE nice people. Our waiter, Geraldo, was attentive and friendly but he let us eat in peace and just did things when we weren't looking. When I missed two goals of the Eibar-Madrid futbol game, he recapped the action for me. We both had the house special, named for the restaurant - the Bendeja Paisa - which consists of a grilled skirt steak, a really spicy link of chorizo, half an avocado, a bowl of pinto beans, a generous serving of spiced white rice, a large joint of carnitas, fried sweet plantains, and a full rasher of deep-fried bacon. This was my first time trying deep-fried bacon and it was awesome! I could eat that every day for the rest of my life and be happy. We had the Tres Leches cake for dessert and it was excellent - made the old-fashioned way like your Abuela would bake it at home. The dress code is Florida business casual - Dockers and a Polo for men, slacks and a blouse for women - but we saw people a little more dressed up the night we were there and no one seemed bothered. This is that kind of place where you go for a snack and the to watch the soccer match - "futbol" on three big screens and a half-wall sized projection - and stay all night chatting, eating, and enjoying the house's home-made Sangria or a cerveza. The common language is Spanish but all of the staff spoke excellent English so there was no language barrier. Overall, it's hard not to give Bendeja Paisa 5-stars in very category but, the ambiance is a little more sports-bar than fine-dining. This is a good family place and we're already planning to go back.
