Really good food but very noisy restaurant. We were seated in the outdoor cabana and the heaters were not working, which wasn’t ideal for a chilly spring evening. The food was very good, as was the service.

We have been going to Balade since it opened and it has gotten crazy busy in the last couple of years, However, the food and service are still exquisite! We took a friend for her birthday and we had a great time. It was a little loud but the food and service made up for it. Their birthday presentations are amazing. We will be back despite the crowds!!!

Excellent all the way! This charming restaurant serves some of the best food around and is a must anytime I am in Manhattan. Elson and his staff are top shelf! Can't wait to go back!!

Outstanding variety of delicious dishes from Lebanon. Accommodating and informative servers who can help navigate the variety. Tight but efficient space, can get a bit noisy. Highly recommend.

Even though we had a reservation we had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get seated. That was the case for many people who arrived around the same time as us. We received a comped dessert but it was disappointing. The food was excellent!!

Incredible! Delicious food and the nicest team. It was our first time so we just let Isla do the ordering for us and had the most incredible dinner. Highly recommend. And the Lebanese wine was delicious and at a great price.

Had a 8:15pm reservation for a surprise birthday dinner for my boyfriend - a reservation for 10 people which ended up being 7. We arrived at 8 to the restaurant and checked in. The host tells us that we’ll be seated soon, meanwhile other people are let in to the restaurant in front of us. We have a back and forth of having to consistently ask when we’ll be seated for about 50 minutes. At 8:45 the host said he would bring us some drinks on the house and that our table would be ready in 15. 10 more minutes pass by and the host has yet again let more people into the restaurant before our party and doesn’t bring any complimentary drinks despite bringing some to patrons near us. Conveniently all the folks being let in and served are all whyte while our reservation is a mixed group. After waiting a full hour after we arrived we decided to leave despite 1) having a reservation 2) arriving 15 minutes prior 3) it being a surprise birthday dinner. I can’t emphasize how much it’s not worth it to be treated like that in front of the other patrons in and outside the establishment.

We had an 8pm reservation and waited until 8:45. There was no service, no hostess , no sense of urgency to even speak to all of those waiting. Pathetic excuse for a restaurant. I don’t know or care if the food is good bc I’ve never had such disgusting service.

I’ve been a customer for 10 years. Never ceases to please my cravings for Lebanese food. Great vibe, the staff is amazing and make you feel very welcome. Always my choice of place to impress out of town’rs. Definitely recommend.

Excellent food and service. The only issue is that they rushed us out of there. We had the table for 1.5 hours and then were told they had a new group coming in.

The restaurant gets pretty noisy and I had to shout to be heard over the other patrons. The food is good. If you're looking for a quiet date night, I recommend dining early.

It’s been 10 years I eat from and at Balade. Consisting great quality of food. The staff is always pleasant and wonderful. And the vibe is very accommodating. The place is always packed, so that says something :)

The service was amazing! The food was ok, seasoning on the meats could have been better, quantity was less considering the price, especially for the veg mezze and the mixed meat grill. The meat in the platter was tough and dry even though it came wrapped in dough. Overall, not worth the price.

My husband and I have always loved Balade, but new dietary and health restrictions prevented us from returning. We’ll, I should not have worried!! The entire staff was so accommodating to our needs. We’ll be regulars once again!!!

Such good service and the food was so savory with all the right textures. My friends and I cleaned our plates. I’ll definitely be going back!

Most attentive, polite, professional, awesome staff i ever had pleasure of being serviced by George (i hope i got name right, i have terrible memory), want to say he's possibly the head waiter, he was there when I got there early than my Reservation time. Anyways, he was very informative & very good at service. Whole staff was really good. Would definitely visit again.

This is our second visit here. We enjoyed the food and nice friendly service. Their pita is so good and we overstuffed ourselves. Our favorite is the hummus with lamb. Lamb kebabs are hot chewy side but still tasty. Will definitely come back!

Food was great but the music is very loud. Not a good place to have a date - very hard to have a conversation. They did not let us know when we sat down we must order all courses up front on weekends and rushed us to order. Overall very loud and rushing vibe. Food a bit overpriced as well but very good.

Great atmosphere, great food and crowded!! Glad we made a reservation The hummus was amazing. The haloumi was as well, The prices have gotten a little steep but the food made up for it.

Food is delicious!! Service is so attentive and caring. Edgar waited on us. I loved their baby lamb chops! The best!
