We have two private rooms available for your use, both have available audio visual equipment as described below for use free of charge. Noah's room seats up to 20 guests and has a flat screen tv with connections for a laptop, and a dvd player to meet all of your audio visual needs. Our Party room seats up to 40 guests and has a portable screen and projector for your audio visual needs. (Note: when utilizing audio visual in the Party room, we recommend a maximum of 32 guests) Both rooms can be utilized together to seat a maximum of 60 guests. Additionally, we have semi-private seating available for up to 40 guests in our South Dining Room. When appropriate you can still utilize the screen and projector for audio visual needs in this room. However, we would recommend limiting your guest count to 32 guests if you were to use this room with audio visual. Pretty expensive for our budget but really great service and food made it worth every penny. Will go back for special occasions for sure. Brussel sprouts and carrot cake in addition to steak entrees were fantastic. Definitely a destination for those occasional special meals out.

Food was good. Didn't care for the sides that came with the lamb dish. Appetizers was good had spring rolls. Best bloody Mary I had so far and I don't like tomatoes but like booze

My girlfriend and I had a gift card and we were dying to use it. We went out to dinner for her birthday last night and we didn’t have the best first impression. The waiter was nice but it was sort of awkward. I know that’s subjective however we brushed it off. It was a busy night that’s why I’m not completely chalking it off to poor service but a few more check ins and faster drink time would have been appreciated. The appetizer was not very good. The tuna poke bowl. It was everything but that. Rice was hard. Tuna didn’t seem fresh. I could be acting very picky but usually I’m not. Next was the salads and bread. I was impressed with them. Good dressing and crisp lettuce. Next, the steaks. I was not impressed. My ribeye had no cap on it. Was done the way I wanted but not a full ribeye I paid for. Drinks were awesome. I had old fashioned’s. The lady had French martinis. Overall I just wish we got more for the price we paid. Not hating on the establishment, I recommend everyone try it, but I won’t be headed back for awhile.

Food was very good and our server was spectacular! There did seem to be a longer wait for salads and food after and another 20-25 minutes before desert was brought out after we ordered it. Everything was hot even with the wait so just a very busy kitchen, but we had reservations at 7 and finished desert around 9:15pm.

Crab dip was very lacking. The bread served with dip was very doughy. I also got the spare rib and it was essentially a $48 pot roast. We have been to Baker Street many times with nothing but positive experiences. This time was very disappointing. Service was so so.

Very disappointed. Reserved a table for birthday dinner. Other tables next to us received a special birthday greeting card/service. Waitress was almost annoyed she had to serve anyone in her section. Food was typical institution fare. I wish I could say something nice but there wasn’t anything redeemable about the experience.

Wow! Very noisy, poor service, and a menu that is half the size. The Alaskan King Crab, at $98/lb, is not at all worthy of the price. The clam chowder was good, but has a "kick" to it that I don't feel belongs in clam chowder. Having grown up in New England, I know what good clam chowder tastes like, and the extra spice they added wasn't the least bit necessary. Our waitress was a slow poke. We decided not to stick around for dessert out of fear that they'd probably screw that up too, given that the wife ordered a filet medium and got mostly rare at the "moo" level... it was edble, but not enjoyable. Won't be going nack. Trolley offers a better experience now. Baker Street has lost their way.

It was a very busy night with concert goers and prom dates. This caused the restaurant to be very loud and bustling. Additionally, we were seated in a center section that was too close to a large party which caused several servers and customers to frequently squeeze by or bump into my husband. Other than that, food and the service were excellent.

Lovely anniversary dinner with my husband. Greeted with a cute signed card from the staff. Food was excellent and our waitress was attentive and friendly without being overbearing.

Lovely dinner in the bar. Bit noisy but otherwise all was great. Restaurant was Not busy,lots of open tables which was not what you represented when I was making dinner reservations. We could have easily eaten in the dining room.

Went for Easter brunch. No buffet, but very interesting brunch menu. However of the 4 orders all came out cold. Not what we expected for over $100. Usually their one of favorite special occasion places, but not for brunch I'd say.

My family and I have been diners at Baker Street for many years but had a bad experience. The service was absolutely terrible last night. Here’s what happened: -My wife ordered an appetizer. The appetizer never appeared but then our salads came out. My wife reminded the server about the appetizer and asked if it was coming out, and it was clear she never ordered it. -We ate the salads, and did not see our server again, while our drinks were not refilled. -We finished our salads and no one cleared them off the table. A runner came out with my side of brussel sprouts and put them down on my bread plate since we had no room on the table. -we told the runner we never received our appetizer and since the food was now coming out, we no longer wanted it. She offered to box it up, but we had a 45 minute drive home and didn’t really want to eat it reheated either. She said she was sorry and would let the manager know. -My Brussel sprouts sat there for 10 minutes while all the rest of the food for our table had not come out yet. It eventually does with a different table runner, but our salad plates were still on the table. So, we had to do the exchange of our dirty plates for the new ones. -After our dinners were out, our server finally came out with a new runner and our long delayed appetizer. I explain we do not want it and she asked if we wanted it boxed up and I said no. She then explains she’s already taken it off our bill, as though the price was the reason I was complaining. I explain we don’t want it even if it’s free and that we had already told the runner that (who said she was going to communicate that. The server finally refills our drinks. The food was pretty good but my NY Strip was over cooked. At this point, I wasn’t going to mention this because I felt like I’d complained enough. The service was awful, and I was disappointed we never saw a manager. Price for our party of 4 was $250+ w/o tip—I expect a higher quality of service.

Lately, Baker Street keeps missing the mark, at least for us. The Crab dip appitiser was fantastic, my Rib eye was cooked correctly but very gristly, my GF had the chicken jalapeno', which was VERY bland and seemed to be missing the jalapeno'. Our waitress was wonderful. We used to rave about BS, but now its lost its shine. Still a good place to eat just not 4 star. On a side note, We always look for low carb options but we did not see any low carb bread options. So our outstanding waitress got us some veggies to use on the Crab dip.

Friend suggested I try the Egg n Bacon Ribeye- amazing option! 14oz steak with Bacon, caramelized onions and 2 eggs on top! All this served on top of Potatoes. It was very good but more than any one person should eat in a single serving. LOL

Love the food. Could barely see anything in that restaurant though. Darkest restaurant I’ve ever been. Some of the best food I’ve ever had. I’ll go back, for sure, next time with a flashlight though.

Celebrated our 60th anniversary with superior food, great service. We return each year for celebration! Sound level is somewhat loud.

My friends Martini was short poured, they ran out of bags for guests to take their leftovers home, and once I got back to Michigan (2 hr drive there and back), my to go French onion soup was not in my bag. All of the other food was great though.

The waitress was attentive, but the food and drinks were sub-par. It was very crowded and the salmon special was dry. I guess we are just used to a better Bakers experience.

Definitely one of our most disappointing visits to BakerStreet. This is our go-to for date night. If this had been our first experience, it might have been our last. We chose to sit in the bar area. It has turned in to too much of a sports bar scene. Too many TVs. Music too loud...which causes everyone to talk louder. Men with hats on. Not what you would expect from a first class steakhouse. The servers did a decent job except for bringing out our dinners on time. I saw our server come out of the kitchen empty handed, noticed we did not have our dinners, and turn around to go back to the kitchen. Amazing timing as he immediately brought our food out. He even was careful to warn us as to how hot our plates were. The plates were hot, the food was not. Not wanting to wait another hour to get our food replaced, we chose to go ahead with dinner. Good taste, just would have been better hot. We ordered the cheesecake for dessert. Wasn't my favorite dessert we have ever had there, but it was good. We'll be back, but this is not the first time BakerStreet has not lived up. If it keeps happening, we'll have to find a new date night place.

Our Party room seats up to 40 guests and has a portable screen and projector for your audio visual needs. (Note: when utilizing audio visual in the Party room, we recommend a maximum of 32 guests) Both rooms can be utilized together to seat a maximum of 60 guests. Additionally, we have semi-private seating available for up to 40 guests in our South Dining Room. When appropriate you can still utilize the screen and projector for audio visual needs in this room. However, we would recommend limiting your guest count to 32 guests if you were to use this room with audio visual.
