Three of us ordered a flat bread and one ordered fettuccine Alfredo . All of us were pleased. The waitress ignored me no matter what I asked. Since I was picking up the tab, I only gave her a 10% tip. Flatbreads were large and each of us took some home.

The online menu did not indicated the Mother’s Day Brunch special event. As a dairy free person, I had to wing it because of the prix fix pricing where as ala carte I could have made it work. I was looking at “weekend brunch” menu. There was no banner to indicate the event on the website or info when I made the reservation.

This was the best Mother's Day lunch/brunch on the patio ever. We were never rushed and the waitress was superb on the timing. We were there for 3 hours enjoying food, mimosas and the beautiful patio.

The restaurant was very busy however the hostess was able to seat us early for our reservation which was appreciated. The calamari appetizer was very good. Our halibut, tuna, salmon entrees were all very fresh and well prepared. The tenderloin sandwich’s steak was a bit chewy for tenderloin steak. Our server at first was extremely timely and friendly. However, she must have had additional tables as the service suffered a bit as our meal went on with appetizer plates still being on our table when the entrees were brought out. We were all finished with our meals for over 10 minutes before she checked back to clear and bring containers for our leftovers,I had noted a birthday celebration on our reservation but no mention by our server of it or offer of the dessert menu.

Our server was awesome. Attentive to our needs and seemed to know when we needed something. Dessert was amazing. Lemon something. We order one to share with my mom and sister. Big mistake 😉 it was so good, we will not be sharing it moving forward. Definitely will be returning.

Our food was marvelous. Our waiter basically forgot we were there. We watched as bread was brought to other tables and ours was overlooked. We sat with our empty appetizer plates as they brought out our dinners. Our waters or drinks were never refilled. I am used to better service at Bacio. This is something that NEVER happens at this restaurant. Very disappointing and I am sure we tipped at 20% like we normally do, but it was not earned. My regards to the chef and kitchen team as they continue to perform excellently.

Great service as usual. I ordered the large Chx Alfredo. It came in a volume a little more than a McDonalds hamburger. For an entree it was embarrassing. We've been frequents for 20 years. They asked to make it right. Much appreciated, but they have lost their way.

Pasta and service good as usual. They could have tried a lot harder on the pizza. Barely any sausage. Cheap on the cheese. And so little red sauce you couldn’t even find it in most places. The budino was over baked so it had a slight burnt flavor.

We both ordered filets, which were cooked to perfection and rival any steakhouse. Our meals are always delicious, and the service fantastic and friendly. In the evenings the noise level can be louder sometimes than others, but never in a way that is distracting or difficult to converse with table mates. This evening was particularly busy, but our experience was fantastic once again.

Really good food, good service by Courtney, I love the ambience. But as with so many restaurants today, it sometimes difficult to have conversation across the table because of the noise level. Some of best ice cream I’ve ever had. I would go back for sure.

The linguine de mare did not have the spiced flavour I have had elsewhere. The tiramisu was just sweet, no coffee liquor, and the bottom looked like cake instead of the finger cookies usually used. Disappointing. Our waiter was great and so was the wine.

Bacio's is a very special place. We have celebrated several of our wedding anniversaries there and this last time was also our anniversary. It is the first place we think of dining when deciding where to have this special dinner. The food was outstanding once again. The ambience is warm and cosy and quiet even though the bar area is usually populated the sound doesn't travel into the dining areas. Our waitperson was professional, helpful and witty. The best of service. I highly recommend Bacio's for any occasion.

The food was ok for the price. However, we could not enjoy our meal because the restaurant was so hot. We were literally sweating while trying to enjoy our meal and company. Very disappointing.
