L'Atlas propose le meilleur de la cuisine américaine saisonnière à l'influence européenne, mettant l'accent sur les ingrédients frais provenant des fermes locales. Situé dans le The St. Regis Atlanta, ce restaurant vous fera découvrir une expérience culinaire inégalée du Capitole au Sud. Il est en outre dirigé par les chefs encensés Gerry Klaskala et Christopher Grossman, ainsi que par le responsable général Jason Babb. Outre le menu, l'Atlas vous fera vivre une expérience gastronomique différente grâce à ses intérieurs bien conçus. Les murs en vert émeraude laqués sont ornés d'une extraordinaire collection d'art moderne du XXe siècle, de certains artistes mondialement célèbres comme Freud, Chagall, Bacon et Léger. Toutes ces œuvres font partie de la collection Lewis. Chacune a été sélectionnée et placée avec soin pour que vous puissiez en profiter. Le guide Zagat a récompensé le restaurant du titre "Le Plus Attendu" en 2015.

A really beautiful experience. Came for mine and my partners anniversary and it was really lovely. The wait staff was incredibly attentive. We did the tasting menu and we left bursting at the seams and so satisfied. Worth the cost.

Very busy because of Mother’s Day but truly struggling to deliver. Service was extremely slow. Not what is expected for the price.

This was a great experience! Was it worth 2k for four people? Probably not unless you have the mindset to enjoy the overall “experience”. I loved it because I tried food I would normally never eat, and the food was fantastic! The presentation is part of the fun, and we also purchased the mid-level wine pairing. The service and ambience was stellar and we are all so happy we were able to experience this lovely restaurant.

Had a wonderful meal even with the low key menu experience. Service was stellar and our server went above and beyond. It was a very relaxed, yet chic, and welcoming environment. Might have to return for a weekly cocktail at the very least!

Food and service have gone down and far from what they were two years ago. It is the worst one Michelin star restaurant I’ve experienced. Very disappointed.

It’s everything you would expect for a Michelin rated restaurant. Atlas, however, has truly managed to challenge your taste buds with every bite in the most positive of ways. Every dish is a surprise and consists of a unique combination of flavors. Quite frankly, this should be more than a 1-star restaurant. It’s truly a great experience!

I went to Atlas to celebrate my birthday! The staff were all about customer service down to the nitty gritty details. We had the pleasure of Chef Money sending us complimentary snacks that were so divine! It was such a treat. They definitely deserve the Michelin star that they earned!

The food is really exquisite, some of the best, if not the best, I have had in Atlanta. Unfortunately, the music level is much too high. I could not hear what the person sitting across the table from me was saying. I don to know why so many restaurants do that, but it does not entice me to come back. Also, the price is extremely high and I recommend this restaurant for very special occasions only.

The experience was exquisite with amazing visiting, wine pairings, and service. The Chef’s Tasting menu is wonderful, but a lot of food. My only suggestion is to offer a 4-course menu comprised of selections from the tasting menu. .

The food was too salty. We had the chef tasting menu + a wagyu supplement. The crab dish does not emphasize on the freshness and sweetness of the crab meat. The only thing we can taste is the salt. The wagyu is way below expectations. It’s cold and tastes greasy. Dessert was just ok. Overall service was good. However we won’t come back again.

Once we got them to turn the music down we had one of the best dinners ever! The staff was so friendly, well trained, very knowledgeable. I had lots of questions since I’m a foodie, and they had all the answers.

Disappointing. Embarrassing. Uncomfortable. Too Long. We returned to Atlas this year because we had a lovely experience the last 2 years with excellent service, delicious beautiful food, comfortable private booth dining and lovely ambiance. We requested a booth this time, but were instead seated in the bar area, at a high top table with no tablecloth, where it was very noisy and busy; and, it took 2 1/2 hours for a three course meal. I was squirming in my seat. I had to get up twice and walk around. Not at all relaxing. We expected the high prices; because, in the past, the service, ambiance and food (although small portions) and extra amuse bouches from the chef were worth it. NONE of that this time. The oysters were tiny; and, the lamb ragu was more like pasta with essence of lamb crumbs amounting to less than 1/2 teaspoon. The kitchen should be embarrassed to send out a dish like that and charge real money for it.

Atlas was a true fine dining experience and it was fun. The service was amazing and the food service especially was what you would dream about at any nice restaurant they thought ahead for your deeds. The cocktails were delicious. The wines were great I definitely can’t wait to come back and do the full tasting menu.

Amazing food and amazing service. The creativity of Chef Freddy Money and his team is definitely “outside of the box”. If you get the Waldorf Salad, you will know what I mean. The substitutions made to accommodate my food allergy did not take away from the culinary experience at all. A big thank you to Joseph, Miguel, Maxwell and Chef for making my wife’s birthday extra special.

The “experience” was the only option available for dinner and wasn’t what we expected from a Michelin Star winner, certainly not for the expense.

HORRIBLE! Don’t even know how to express the disappointment. I go to Michelin Restaurants all the time. It’s one of my joys. This was the worse one ever. We were seated on time. The service was so slow we didn’t get drinks or bread for 1 hour. For the entire hour we were sitting there waiting, we received one cheese ball to eat that I had ordered as one of our appetizers. Not presented or explained at all. Someone randomly passed by the table and dropped it off. I’ve had better service and promptness at Cheescake Factory. The menu was extremely limited. Found out the tasting menu is basically all they have. And alla cart you get the same portion sizes. But again, I never even experienced the food, because it never came. They brought over complimentary Champaign to apologize for the service, but by then we were ready to go. The manager came over to apologize. I gave them my card to pay for the food I ordered …which never came! They refused to charge. We walked out of this 1 star Michelins restaurant with zero food tasted!! Waste you time and money at your own risk.

I've cherished this restaurant from the moment it opened. It has a serene and delightful ambiance, alongside the truly outstanding cuisine. Over the years, each visit has been a testament to its excellence. Unfortunately, our latest dining experience didn't quite match the high standards we've come to expect. Despite making a reservation well ahead of time and indicating that we were celebrating our anniversary, we found ourselves seated in the bar area. This part of the restaurant is known for its lively atmosphere, which, while enjoyable, wasn't what we had envisioned for our special occasion.

I would not specifically recommend this place to anyone unless that person is on the strict diet. Portions are tiny and the whole meal is way overpriced. Service was good I have nothing bad to say.

Ate in the Tavern - basically a casual bar area with hightop tables. This is not white tablecloth dining. Appetizer of raw fish and beets was good, but fish was not as good as a first rate sushi bar. Fish slices were non uniform, not the freshest, and beet-citrus was like a ceviche. I had a glass of Prosecco which was okay, but a bit bland/sweet. Wagyu was excellent - flavor and presentation. The five side flavors were mixed in flavor pairing, but provided interesting contrasts. The glass of Nebbiolo was not full bodied to go with the beef. You should try the cab instead. The coup de grace was La Vie en Rose. This is a dramatic presentation and should be ordered just for the show. The flavors were superb as well. Service by Derek was excellent. I will want to try the main dining next time.

Little more to say than what many giving Atlas 5 stars have already said other than service deserves a 6 if were an option. Atlas is an experience at fine dinning on all levels from start to finish. It’s not just the food - in fact we found the turbot strong- it’s how they treat you from the minute you walk in until you leave. Our waiter Derrick was a pro. A large staff is attentive constantly. Complementary cocktail brought over by our waiter and bartender because I mentioned how much I enjoy mezcal was a very nice touch. It is very pricey. With tip for two and the tasting menu, we spent $725.00. It’s an A++ experience every step of the way.

With a chef's menu, it can be exquisite and memorable, or disappointing (and memorable for the wrong reasons). All the dishes leading up to the main course were exceptional. The main course was "the whole hen" and we thought, with the quotation marks, it would be a play on a roasted chicken or game bird. Instead, it was a whole squab, including the cooked head, innards, and leg with the feet attached. We're adventurous in cuisine and flavors, but the head and feet were a little much for us. The breast, thigh, leg, and sausage I tasted were only so-so, but the visuals could have prejudiced me on the dish. I would recommend the restaurant, but be sure to know what you will be getting and be okay with it.

Over the top BEST experience iv ever had at a restaurant the staff was amazing! And the food was even better! I can see why they deserve a Michellen star! The service was spot on! Celebrated my 25th birthday here and I can honestly say I felt like royalty! Will definitely be coming back here and couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We came here for a birthday to try out one of Atlanta’s newly minted michelin starred restaurants. Atlas did not disappoint. We showed up early and got seated immediately. From the moment we arrived, everyone wished my husband a happy birthday. The tasting course was well designed and delicious. The service and food were all outstanding.

I was a bit worried that it wouldn't live up to the star, however we were pleasantly surprised and Atlas is so deserving of its star. Can't wait to go back!
