L'Atlas propose le meilleur de la cuisine américaine saisonnière à l'influence européenne, mettant l'accent sur les ingrédients frais provenant des fermes locales. Situé dans le The St. Regis Atlanta, ce restaurant vous fera découvrir une expérience culinaire inégalée du Capitole au Sud. Il est en outre dirigé par les chefs encensés Gerry Klaskala et Christopher Grossman, ainsi que par le responsable général Jason Babb. Outre le menu, l'Atlas vous fera vivre une expérience gastronomique différente grâce à ses intérieurs bien conçus. Les murs en vert émeraude laqués sont ornés d'une extraordinaire collection d'art moderne du XXe siècle, de certains artistes mondialement célèbres comme Freud, Chagall, Bacon et Léger. Toutes ces œuvres font partie de la collection Lewis. Chacune a été sélectionnée et placée avec soin pour que vous puissiez en profiter. Le guide Zagat a récompensé le restaurant du titre "Le Plus Attendu" en 2015.

Tasting menu was an outstanding experience and the service was phenomenal. Michelin star restaurant and worth every penny.

Great food. Great service. However, Atlas clearly doesn't enforce its dress code. I saw a gentlemen with a backwards baseball hat dining as well as a young lady at the bar with a barely there jean skirt and a tube top. C'mon, Atlas is supposed to be one of the classier, fine dining restaurants in the city. Don't cheapen the experience for the rest of the partrons.

It was mine and my fiancé’s first times dining at Atlas and in our opinions, there is no other restaurant that we would recommend for an incredible culinary experience and/or special occasions. From walking in the door, you’re treated with the utmost care. I was especially impressed with the service we had with all staff. We had the tasting experience, with added cheese course and Wagyu. Everything was incredible. I’m still thinking about the Borscht, Scallop, and “Green Eggs & Ham” courses (all creative, well-rounded, and stunning dishes). I decided I would eat anything that Fred Money creates. As it was my fiancé’s birthday (and we recently got engaged the week prior), we were gifted a gorgeous, celebratory dessert. My only regret dining here was not having enough room to finish the previously mentioned Celebratory dessert. We are looking forward to the next time we dine at Atlas.

What a wonderful experience! From the hostess Tatiana to the amazing bartenders and our server, Derek, nothing was short of amazing. The food was impeccable and the service top notch! I would highly recommend this time and time again!

Atlas never disappoints! Food was excellent and service nothing but exceptional. We were there for our wedding anniversary, as every year, since we got married, and we even got a wedding card from the hostess when we left. Highly recommended for a fine and unique dining experience.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Atlas. The service was absolutely amazing. Attention was paid to every detail. The food was outstanding. Two dishes which really stood out were the lamb ragu and the short ribs.

A really beautiful experience. Came for mine and my partners anniversary and it was really lovely. The wait staff was incredibly attentive. We did the tasting menu and we left bursting at the seams and so satisfied. Worth the cost.

Very busy because of Mother’s Day but truly struggling to deliver. Service was extremely slow. Not what is expected for the price.
