Food and service were spot on. The air conditioning was not working making it quite uncomfortable. Hope to come back when the weather is cooler.

Some of the worst service we’ve received! Surprising for the BLG. Forgot our appetizer, charged us for extras that we were not warned about, never received one refill to our water glass on a 90 degree summer day. Luckily, the food was good

You aren't a new restaurant so WHY does the ac not work properly? You have fans, why didn't you plug them in and turn them on? We came for Father's day dinner and wanted to leave as fast as possible because it was sooooo hoooooootttttt. And then the kitchen decided to blare "rock you like a hurricane" which seems so appealing in adding to the ambiance. The food is good. The service was good. But, why bother if it feels and sounds like an outdoor bbq?

We visited on Father’s Day. For some reason the restaurant was uncomfortably warm, we sweated while dining and so did other patrons. Our server Nick, was not on his “A” game today. We ordered sweet and spicy calamari and he brought out regular calamari. We brought this to his attention, he apologized and maybe 10 minutes later brought the correct appetizer. Ordered our entree, and patiently waited in the heat. Our waiter removed our used plates and utensils and stayed he would bring fresh utensils. Well Nick then disappeared for about 20 minutes, in the meantime our entrees arrived and we had no silverware. I had to approach another worker at his work station to obtain utensils. Upon Our waiters return I ordered a margarita drink, needless to say the wrong drink was received, I didn’t complain or bring it to Nicks attention because at that point I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes and it was obvious that out waiter was not having his best day or he had to many tables. I visit 3-4 times per year and this by far was the worst service I’ve ever received.

The food is the only reason I gave this restaurant 2 stars. The food was very well cooked and tasty! Drink were awful. We were seated on the sushi lounge was unappealing compared to the main dining room. When I made a reservation, there should be an option if you want to seat in bar area. Also the restaurant was stifling hot. Service was terrible, the waiter took care of a table that was seated after us first. Only taking my drink order, never telling us the specials, forgetting to put in our apps, never checking on us until we were done. While he apologized for his errors, there was no gesture of courtesy like a free dessert for the awful mistakes made. Not sure if I would go back. It's a shame since food was very good!

It was good, just not what I expected. Something was going on with the air conditioner, building was hot but the service was great and the food was good. We enjoyed it.

A/C seemed to be broken in entire restaurant, with 95 degrees outside. Bar area fun. Good service, but busy. Red snapper excellent, but Hong Kong sea bass/salmon mediocre. Salmon bland, tasteless, sea bass good. Sauce diluted, very watery.

The food and service were great but it was extremely warm and uncomfortable inside the restaurant. When we asked the manager if there was anything that could be done we were told the air was all the way up. This was at 6:30 pm.
