Artu was founded on the most basic Italian technique, great ingredients, simply prepared, that is what Artu is all about.

In February of 1992 Artu opened its doors to the world, starting with outstanding sandwiches and mouth watering roasted meats, we continued to evolve and grow. Since then we have steadily added to our repertoire. From those sandwiches and roasted meats, we have produced old-world comfort food dishes to current interpretations of those classics that still make the most discerning eater reminisce of their childhood.

The food was superb. My favorite was the eggplant parm- thinly sliced and delicious. Server was very knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent “real” Italian experience.

Food was mediocre at best. Overpriced. Exceptionally noisy and the ambiance had zero effort put into it.

Nice, attentive staff. Both me and my date ordered our steak and lamb chops med rare, and both arrived medium well to well. First drink, a Mezcal Old Fashion was phenomenal. Second seemed to lack half the ingredients and tasted completely different, and not nearly as good.

It was too busy for the waiter to handle the volume. We waited too long for drinks and food service. The food was bland and overpriced. Sorry wouldn’t go back.
