ARC offers simply inspired, handcrafted fare in a relaxed setting. With its beautiful West Coast views, it’s the perfect place to partake of urban artisanal food created by our Executive Chef, Dana Hauser.

                                                                                                Our server Millan was fantastic, the food was great. It was a really special way to to start of our cruise. The food was fantastic and we really enjoyed to mimosa flight.

                                                                                                Went to endless brunch yesterday and it was awesome. All I can say is LOBSTER MAC AND CHEESE. Sure Ive had it before, but this had chucks of lobster in it. So delicious. Our server, Milan, was the absolute best. It was quite busy (cruise ship season in Vancouver) but she was so sweet and friendly, never forgetting any of her tables. She was very warm and welcoming, not something you see a lot of nowadays. We dined there before for bottomless brunch and a few menu items were changed, for the better! And now there is an option of bottomless juice rather than just coffee and tea. Will be back for sure, and will definitely ask to be in Milan’s section!
